Wress i personally see no reason to doubt what your saying, nothing to be gained as we are suspended. I guess with so many parties invloved here, timelines can easily slip! Especially when it was one persons opinion (your contact) stating 2 1/2 weeks until significiant news. If not today i am confident it will be soon

Suspended date: 16/09/16 Likely return: God knows well overdue anyhows I believe they have 5 number patients, to which two have geen granted in Cococyrstilistaions, open for correction! Docit how did this share land on your radar if you dont mind me asking?

Would imagine you will recieve RNS with details of company they wish to RTO on. As for timeframe could be 6 weeks could be 6 months or longer. I am currently in LVRT, its suspended 6 monthd with comms from company!

Can anyone explain the benifit of an RNS that contains a map of area acquired? I honestly can see one! All I need to know is Country, county/state, what extra benifit can be derived from a low detail map? Or did you expect an OS map? Ha ha derampers very desperate!!

Looks the RTO is still on course nice! EGM looks good for early January along with publication of prospectus. No mention of due diligence in RNS, so hopefully that all been done?

I was encouraged to see that Nuformix are still active in the Chinese market with Dr. Dan Gooding making keynote speeches at the conference mentioned the link. People have posted a link previous with Dynasty in Dec 2013 who had commenced a partnership with Nuformix in the Chinese market then.

Going on 5 weeks since suspension on Friday. RTO can be completed in 6 weeks or can take months. At least we should be getting a couple more RNS's shortly.

Thanks for the response Wress Shares to be issued sounds about right when you factor in major shareholder etc. The argument you have made for the patents sounds compelling, especially when they get them to market!

The way i see it and feel free to correct me? It will come across as pessimestic but I am hoping that more experienced investors can correct my assumptions! 1.) It would appear that Nufomix link up with Dynasty suggests that have been trying to raise capital in the past, as per Wress post which includes the article from 3 years ago. 2.) In additional LVRT dont have much in way of Capital so i have come to the conclusion that a large issue of shares will take place if RTO is successfull. 3.) Very difficult to put a value on Patents, unless anybody can compare to a similar company? Considering that the last IP was issued almost 2 years ago and there hasnt been an approach from a larger Pharma coompany to do a T/O, merker etc, does this mean that the IP's might not be as hot as some are suggesting. Taking the above on board the following is what I am setting my expectations at; Market Cap of new company £15mill, number of shares in issue 200 mill = SP 7.5p Since this share is suspended this is not a deramp, only my inexperienced outlook on the situation. Comments would be greatly appreciated?
