NFX have backing of Chinese distributer who have coughed up £3 mill of their own cash in order to fund NFX .

Big difference between NFX and IQAI is that NFX is self funded with minimal cash burn .
IQAI large cash burn with placing each quarter!

Jonesy- the only estimate that can be made is on the proof we have recieved to date
So last RNS 07th June stated that Spreadex were down to 16.8mill shares on 05th June

From that RNS we can see that were selling 1mill per on average so you gotta assume that they have been selling at the same volume since then.
So taking that on board they will have just under 10 mill shares left by end of today and i afraid thats only estimate that can be made just now.

Infor1p - Its what spreadex do on every share, they have been selling here for the past 12 months, it how they do business!

80p = £370 mill mcap that’s ambitious, hopefully this time next year.
Personally feel mcap in excess £100 mill would be appropriate at this moment !

News of further deals which seem likely in the near term would add to above.

Seems to be following the same pattern every day for while , once not to be name companys offloads there 1 million shares or so share price ends up around 5% all good!

Glad you said it, some of the manure that gets posted on this BB is unbearable at times!

More likely to be a result of Spreadex taking break from selling or else they are down to their last millions therefore don’t need off -load the same volume daily, all good anyway !

Regarding the SIPP I was under the impression that 25% of the burse can be withdrawn tax free once you reach 55. The remainder can be withdrawn tax free via monthly payments after that age as a pension?

Cause it doesn’t make sense for it to be the professor.
The same Julian Higgins is also major shareholder in ZIOC and where would he get £2 million?

Mars1 you mentioned that your shares are in SIPP ISA, didn’t realise one existed? I mean if start drawing on my SIPP at 55 surely it will be tax free anyway?

I Always take a conservative approach to shares but I Was delighted with RNS during the week, for me the share has officially been derisked.

Have most of my SIPP in this at average 3p so that’s looking healthy. Was always my intention to top slice and have free run prior to news but news came sooner than I was expecting, but guess what this now derisked !! Therefore top slicing after news was foolish. IMO Fair value without further news at the moment is somewhere north of £100 MCAP.

So Mar1 your far likelier to get a return on NFX that other share!
