The problem is people have been saying that since it was up at 3p, then down to 2p and then 1p etc etc (you know the rest). GR keeps failing to deliver anything, I've averaged down over the years to approx 0.3p i think (stopped checking) and there is not a chance in hell I'm putting any more money into this, and it looks like no one else is either.

He's turned this company into the laughing stock of AIM, and that's really saying something!

Will be a month next week since we last heard any sort of an update from the company, I highly doubt we're very high up on the list of zim gov priorities with all the chaos going on there. It took them over a year to send as couple of letters...

Agreed. He's looking more and more like a con man and will be remembered as such if this goes tits up. The fact he's taking any sort of a salary what so ever shows what he thinks of shareholders, its his pure incompetence thats the reason we're in this mess.

Or if we had a CEO capable of producing a profit from a single asset before spunking all the remaining cash on other assets (that also produce no profit). The blame here lies squarely with GR, a couple of mistakes can be put down to bad luck but years of mistakes is incompetence.

It would be good if Aminex put it in simple terms, instead we always end up with more questions.

Anyway, still not having any effect on the share price and that's all I care about. I'll be happy when I get my money back (and hopefully some extra).

So what were they talking about at the EGM then and needing approvals? Also what approvals were they meaning in the RNS? Have they received an approval and not told us or did they not need it in the first place? Either way, good news! Time to load the perf gun!

looks like another fantastic week for PREM! What a shambles......a great start to the year!

Seems nobody believed the blatant whopper posted here this morning about £5mill cash form zim gov.....

Rampers and bashers alike are aswell zipping it for the foreseeable, GR's reputation is so far down the toilet that the share price will be staying put until good news is confirmed.

I wrote off this investment ages ago but good to check in every now and then, some big lessons learnt investing in PREM!

Can't believe people are praising GR for taking half his pay in shares, the fact he is taking anything whatsoever out of PREM is ridiculous, the man is a joke. But but circum! Man they saw him coming a mile away as well.

They're still waiting on approvals though, and they'd surely RNS that.

It would be good if they told us the reasons instead of letting us guess! Most sensible people would think the time to hire a risk and audit ned was a long time ago, bit late in the day. Better not be a placement coming either!

I can't wait to get out of AIM completely, shady as feck. Glad I'd offloaded AAOG yesterday, they've just announced a placing from nowhere, i sold after tim winnifrith mentioned it on twitter yesterday, usually can't stand the guy but owe him a pint! I've got last few oil and gas stocks to offload, with aminex being the worst performed by a long way

Seems the twitter account is back to radio silence again as well, haven't even bothered to tweet how the EGM went.

They're all for peanuts either way.

Looks like EGM was yet another anti-climax in the history of Aminex....by far the dullest share I've ever been involved with!

Progressing means waiting for approvals in aminex land, same as it did in july/august....
