Drewky just last week you thanked me for defending the company so wind your neck in. I defended them because for once they kept us in the loop on delays, but ultimately didn't deliver what was expected yet again. Until we get the license and approvals to proceed then this share isn't worth much at all, as demonstrated by the share price. Yes I'd say management are not the best, wouldn't call them conmen but at the moment they are definitely fleecing investors by taking their obscene salaries and delivering nothing.
If there is a turnaround in their performance then yes there would be a similar turnaround in my viewpoint, why wouldnt there be?

The truth is they announced a "transformational farm out" and it has subsequently taken 6 months to release a circular that provides next to no additional information. The BOD are taking our remaining funds in obscene wages while they sit twiddling their thumbs waiting for approvals. The share price dropped following a spike on announcement when people got to the details, and has continued to drop since. The BOD keep contradicting themselves and led us to believe we'd have licenses with the circular.....no shock they haven't delivered that either and so we're down 20+% since Friday.

The circular has been written in such a way that they've basically told shareholders it needs to go through or we lose what little we have left in terms of share price. It states that the company is "implementing a remediation programme", bare in mind this is what 3-4 months after they told us the plan was to change a valve (3 days) and perf asap. The circular now says they are also considering a compressor again, whether or not they perf - why wouldn't they perf if they missed a gas bearing section? They told us this would be done Q4 pending approvals. Do we still need approvals? No mention of approvals in RNS today. Terrible comms as always.

I took it to mean they'd fixed the valve that they told us was 2 days work back in August. If the well was sorted and good to produce they'd surely of made it crystal clear and released it with circular to prevent another 10% drop in sp. Chances of aJay interview this week?? Slim I'd say...

What the hell have they been doing (other than taking what little funds we have left in undeserved pay rises)? We have been properly stitched up here. No wonder the chairman legged it as soon as ot was announced. What a terrible way to start the weekend. Aminex you never miss an opportunity to disappoint!

Yeah it may come this afternoon seeing as we haven't had a tweet or anything indicating further delays, JB's inbox must be in a right state today. I can't for the life of me fathom why they would tweet saying "final touches" if they were still waiting on government? That isn't final touches, that is final sign off and they are very different things!
