The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Lesson1
Bashers never bash bad stocks. You can watch the board for stocks with no potential. You’ll see pretty quickly that those stocks don’t have bashers. Bashers only go after stocks that are going upwards or have excellent potential to go up. Bashers get left behind, so they want to bring the price down.
Oh how novel! we have our first paid de ramper. That's always a great sign and means some institutions are lurking wanting a cheaper entry price.

Bodes very well for Cobra! and is a massive buy sign for me.
There has been a massive buy on the books at 22.75, they have walked it down to fill it. There is nothing but a sea of blue. and it stays at 8% down. If this isn't manipulation then I don't what is.
It is so blatant and and so underhanded. I think it's about time GGP switched to the main market or at least got out of these shark infested waters
I am not selling, it's just infuriating
Momoni, massively bad idea.
Only risk what you can afford to lose.
Good luck
I'd love it it was actually Gandalf!
NONE SHALL PASS!!!!!!!!!
RUN YOU FOOLS!!
I think that is very similar to a lot of peoples story, mine especially , expect the part about selling! I stubbornly held on through the Newmont days. It's good to see that a lot of people have been here for years and although we may not post a lot on here,(because it quickly becomes toxic, mentioning no names!) we still have GGP at heart and follow the company no matter the lows!
Keep the Faith!

It doesn't matter whether he was right or not, what matters is the way he/she conducted themselves and the content of the posts. There is a way to be right, a good winner if you will. AP was abhorrent, and had a smug nature about their posts. Not endearing whatsoever
This is what GGP does, we rarely see a sustained rise in SP after an RNS. But we will see a gradual increase over the next couple of weeks. The price is being held back for the II's once they've had there fill, we'll be off. GGP I've learnt, is a real "long term hold" but in just 6 short months the resource will be updated and prices like these will be a thing of the past. I recommend buying as many as you can safely afford

Hi Trek
Very comprehensive and detailed information, thank you for taking the time to get it on 'paper'.
I believe it was yourself that stated they were going to 'deramp' over the next few days? I believe you said, for your own benefit or something to that effect. I think it's an excellent strategy to doubt and criticize before believing and betting the farm. I would say though, a lot of what you said are standard hurdles that explorers/miners have to get over before realising full potential. Granted, many companies fall at these hurdles and any number of things can stop a company in it's tracks.
I like what you said about the CEO position, we do need more management on the BOD, but I would counter that with the fact that we've only been listed for about a year and succes attracts success.
As the company grows and reaches the set targets, the right people will come on board.
There are definitely risks at this stage with COBR, but the potential shareholder reward I feal, is insanely high.
I would be interested to know where COBR intend to process the gold once it's out the ground, I haven't seen much comms on that yet.
But I'm pretty confident in COBR, I have 100k at present and expecting an sp of 26p at least (imo)
GLA
Hi guys and girls
I have a serious question for once.
This $50 AUS per tonne NSR ( Net Smelter Return) I had to look that one up! is that in replacement of our share of the 25/30% of gold in the ground or do we still effectively own 25% of what Newcrest pull of of the ground. and then still get $50 per tonne
I have read all the RNS related to this, but I am a bit confused by this. Any insight would be greatly apprciated.
Thanks and GLA
Love sharing horror stories around the campfire!
I will say two words that will shake you to your core! UKOG and LION!!! I was a novice. Never got LION back, sold UKOG at a loss but bought GGP at about 1.5p the rest as they say is history.
COBR has all the signs of being a massive snarling beast of share, with long reach tentacles that spew £50 notes out. Just my novice opinion lol.
Seriously thou, for a new investor, COBR is perfect, excellent entry price, really good fundamentals, a base of 211000 ounces to start off with, which is bound to grow. Some huge potential targets and good leadership. It really reminds me of GGP from 2017/18. And not to be vulgar but I've currently made over 2000% on my investment at GGP. So I would say buy and wait for the gains
Gla
All your calls are spot on?? Yesterday evening you said 30% down within minutes of the bell. Ummmm was it? no it was not. You're nothing but a tired old hat, miserable looking, grumpy, old hat. You should be put in the corner so people don't have to be reminded of your backward and cynical ways, tired old hat
I come to these BBs for the helpful responses, thoughts and opinions that others bring.
You bring none of those, guess why? You're a tired old hat that nobody wants any more
All the best! :)
Ahhh, now I understand Jet , I will remove my nerd glasses for a second. no, sorry, Doctor Who and I are not acquaintances. I respect the show but I prefer proper Sci Fi, not soap operas with magic phone boxes. I recommend Raised by Wolves on Sky
I am 32, which on this board I believe is young , no offence intended :)
Sorry for off topic
Go GGP eh?!
All the best
Actually it's canine : )))
This is by no means over, the drilling campaign is only at 50%! Some people saying this is a dead share! are you insane?! I'll say again only 50% of the results are in.
I've been in GGP since 2017, they had a license called Ernest Giles, turned out it wasnt economical to mine, now look at where they are! GGP has made me wealthy, but you can't expect miracles overnight, it takes years to realise full value from these things.
COBR shares in issue is so low, that any good drill results in the next 50% will see the Sp fly. Dont care if you think I'm ramping. Patience is all that's required.
Caribbean, ignore the trolls, the regulars on this BB know your motives genuine. You have faith in this share and your an asset to this BB.
GLA
Somerset, well done on doubling your money so far.
I'm also in COBR, it's a great entry price at the moment, low mcap, great potential if only one of the IOCG targets hits. There is only one GGP, but COBR could do it's own thing and in a couple years could see GGP type increases in SP
GLA DYOR
Yea, I agree, it seems as if the copper has not been factored in as yet.
I'm always uber bullish on GGP, have been here for years, so I've seen what AIM does when GGP releases good news. Long term we are definitely looking at multiples in sp from here, but my only advice (such as it is) is don't be disappointed if the Sp doesn't match our expectations tomorrow.
But long term we could see £1 a share no problem!
Excellent times! Well done everyone, keep holding
It's a great early result, but I think a lot this will already be priced in. 3.4 million ounces is way off what is actually there, as the resource gets updated that figure will grow. There's still so much more to uncover.
Gla
Great song by the carpenters. I think it might be relevant here :)))))
Completely agree with Hydrogen. SocialistB, you can write as many long, well worded speeches as you want, you can go on for days if you choose (as you already have) but as Hydrogen states, the deal is done. If you dont like it, the door is through the sell button. Please for the sake of all us, sell your shares, then we won't have to listen to moan about how this is such a horrible deal and how you've been so badly treated by the mean old GH and the nasty GGP
Jesus wept, you've made your point, you dont like the deal, to be frank, I couldn't give a flying fvck whether you like the deal or not. I like it, and I will make decisions based on my own knowledge and experience, I suggest you make your decision.
Peace out
