I think this is a best buying opportunity. I have bought another 10k at 26.4 and will be buying every month to bring my average down and I thin with 4.8p per year the yield is great. I believe the directors are not stupid and will sell the property very cheap. I have seen lots of unused office spaces are getting planning permission to convert into flats.

I am also badly stuck from 54 and was keep on averaging till ex dividend at 33. Can simply explain in simple words what to do. Thanks in advance.
