All these Blackrock, Northwest and Vanguard jump behind the take over with KKR cash bid so they can have their share from KKR on cheap bid and under table money. Directors of Assura also may get some undertable. Instead, Assura should start buy back and bring the price up.

Too true, Blackrock at nearly 12%, Northwest at 7.5%, Vanguard at 5.5% and Lgen at 5.5% or so, they decide, PI has peanuts %

I think we should draft and email and send it to Assura that we do not want to go with the deal. This is reticulated deal and we do not to sell our shares for that cheap. How the hell 2 or 3 major shareholders take the decision on our behalf. I would advice to draft a letter and everyone here should send an email to Assura shares department that we are not interested.

Morgan Stanley are not holding more than 7% in the company. They have increased their holding again. I believe a strong buy.

Brookfield still have time to bid and I think segro will wait to see what Boorkfield offer.

How can they sell property under the market value to his own other company. Institutions are also holding shares in RGL. Conflict of interest.

Time is not going anywhere. All the REIT are in same position. Look at GRID, yesterday I have started taking position from 48p and will be keep on investing in RGL if it really hits 20p. Directors have bigger holdings than us. Hold tight.
