when these so called billionaire experts say the market is so overvalued to me that translates to we have a massive short bet on .

what the start of july and the bottom line is social distancing will have to be dropped at some point or most business will be
done for. so i suggest you stay in a cash position if you have such a black view of the world oh but even that is risky given all the QE. at least nrr will collect rent from other parts of its portfolio it does not just own pubs .now it may just break even it might even make a loss short term but eventually it will bounce back .imo of course

i bought in today i think the BOD should be looking to lease the mine out for 5 years taking a percentage of gold recovered.
that way they are making money with little risk whoever is granted the lease to mine will be done so on strict numbers.

Tui today at 277 2600 shares more upside than down in my view. There are factors we can't control but they are ready to roll as soon as the green light is given and that will be a quick double of the sp imo gla.

people want a holiday if a cheap and quick test can be produced and some low risk ports around the world secured off they go. safe in the knowledge no one has the virus on board i do hope they start using other ports as well like Liverpool to cut out long travel to other ports .trust me when they reopen for business its proberbly the safest holiday your going to get.it will take time to get back to what could be described as normal working .but id pack my case now for two weeks on a ship down to the canaries even if we have no ports to get off.if fact they would be over subscribed you cant go on a land holiday at the moment and for god knows how long.
