Why now would a small part of the UAE machine suspend PFC right to tender for contracts . They could of announced this years ago i bet this suspension wont last long and i doubt any others will follow suit it seems like a cheap shot to award contracts to a friend without oversight that PFC were the better choice . whatever the reason its nothing to do with a company that has been charged with nothing i will not sell and will continue to add on any weakness .

correct Bladey and in law a ltd company is considered as a single entity like an individual person .
so how can a fine be issued if no charges have been brought . even the employees that were alleged to helped were not charged due to the lack of evidence ,but they no longer work for pfc they used an on balanced view no doubt.

For a fine to be issued the sfo have to prove that pfc was complicit i don,t believe they can prove any wrong doing ,
other than this man has pleaded guilty to taking and giving a bribe .they have not even charged those whom they believe helped him which says the evidence is to weak to prosecute . if they try to fine pfc it will be a token fine to justify the length of time taken a large fine would be fought out in the courts the sfo could not take that route without a smoking gun.jmo
