Sage - Question17 Jul 2009 12:43
Good morning Sage. Always appreciate your comments but getting slightly confused on this one. Lochandubh stated on Thurs 22.42 - "Rab is a hedge fund , it invests clients money in various funds ie it,s special situations fund for instance.Rab Capital DOES NOT gain vast amounts from a particular share going from 20p to £3.00 it,s clients do". He also makes other comments re commission based only which seem to make sense.
So the fact AMI are currently doing so well therefore has no direct benefit to RAB shareholders only to its Clients.
Is that how you still see it? Its just that I have noted in some of your comments you seem to relate to the 'hidden' value in RAB shares as they have not responded to AMI rise. RABs situation therefore seems somewhat different to the EML/KAH investment/value.
