Markets are irrational. Or rather they don't really serve the purposes of most people, just the short-term financial interests of a few. Oil prices have not changed at the pump. LNG is in short supply. Fertilizer is the same. Nothing has materially changed today. There is still a single place which can control the supply of oil and other vital commodities which run the world.

The instability and chaos at the moment is just the start. Russia now has more income to fund Ukraine, Taiwan is still suffering from petrol and LNG shoratages which are impacting businesses and chip production. Inflation everywhere is going up. The knock-on effect has yet to be realised.

There are often formalities/due diligence which need to be completed - the order in which things are done and who needs to sign what and when. Also you don't want to or indeed be able to say when this can be actioned. Probably legal somewhere that says 30 days is a required time frame. I would expect this will hit fairly soon, well before the 30 days. I'd expect about 90p.

I don't think they need an RNS but they have no spokesperson or social (that I have seen) just commenting on events. It directly and massively impacts this industry. Good communication would elevate the price somewhat.

They have cornered themselves by providing FID dates within smaller and smaller timescales. This is a common mistake to instil positive feelings from shareholders but it always backfires when the dates are nearly always missed. I do believe it is getting closer, but I wouldn't like to say this week, month or quarter. The share price is reflection of poor IR comms rather than a poor project imo. Also don't wait until the time frame is almost past when you know it won't be met.

I'd would be nice to see some management action and even a linkedin post or blog or offer up a spokesperson to the media eg:
