Brmmacolli - disagree, now is exactly the right time to buy MSYS if possible. Market cap depressed, revenue growing and with the launch of Microtox PD, Mobile and BT, MSYS revenue will be in multiples of what is today. Short term dilution but huge long term increase in revenue - and cheap.

Gaz - as the roadmap for lumenswap integration with pendulum states Q3 2022 that is only technically 5 to 8 months away. And for that ‘final piece of the jigsaw’ to take place Prndulum will of had to launch on Polkadot. As stated in the recent update the next phase is to enter auction for a Kasuma parachain slot (For those that dont know Kasuma is basically the test blockchain for Polkadot that allows live testing and development)

Moonbean recently (Jan 2021) won the second Polkadot auction slot after launching on Kasuma (as Moonriver) in July 2020, so it took around 5/6 months to graduate from Kasuma to Polkadot. On that basis I would be expecting Pendulum to enter auction for Kasuma very soon.

Vas - all unknowns really. The NHS works in very mysterious ways and about as reactive as an oil tanker.

The only facts we can confirm is .
1. late March 2020 Royal Berkshire signed a one year contract to roll out Bleepa across a number of targeted clinical settings worth £84K. The trust stated at the time “ The trust wants to evaluate Bleepa as part of its wider communication strategy and to transition away from unregulated platforms such as WhatsApp for clinical communication”

Royal,Berkshire are now part of the Berkshire West Integrated Care System who have been designated as one of eight integrated care demonstrator sites and within that Royal Berkshire have bern designated a Fast Follower of the national Global Digital Exemplar initiative, working to improve digital technology across the NHS.

2. In the recent placing document (Sept 2020) they stated “ The Company has also installed Bleepa at a number of pilot sites which the Company is targeting converting to commercial licenses”

3. In Oct 2020 FDBK announced a The Sussex Integrated Care System (ICS) is launching a pilot of Bleepa and CareLocker technology to allow for patient specific pathways to take place through Community Diagnostic Centres (CDC) stating “ The pilot – which is expected to run until March 2022 – will act as a blueprint for how CDCs can be delivered with Sussex ICS named as one of the UK’s CDC exemplar sites”

I think this announcement is significant in two ways, firstly in includes Carelocker and Bleepa and secondly it was the ICS that set up the Pilot, which one would assume (if sucessful) would automatically mean implementation throughout the ICS ( which includes 13 hospitals/orgsnisations)

As the pilot was only for a few months I am assuming there was no or little current recompense but based on the value of the one year deal with Royal Berkshire (which only included specific pathways - not the whole trust) it would be safe to assume that come March there is either a £1-2m plus contract or they messed it up.

March will be very interesting as the Royal Berkshire contract is also up so now they are part of Berkshire West Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) with another 7 or 8 hospitals I assume the same will occur there. By end March FDBK revenue could have quadrupled …. or not

Rob - if indeed there are negotiations there will be NDAs in place - nobody can say nowt until its done or its over. Personally I am happy with an IPO in April and anything else in between is a bonus.

I would expect news from Pendulum first. They should soon be in a position to enter auction for a Parachain slot on Kasuma soon.

Gaz - its a minefield. The moneygram investment in Coinme is all about fiat to Bitcoin only and not fiat to Ethereum and other cryptos. The whole Defi business is built on all the newer and more scalable Blockcahins
like Ethereum and now Polkadot. Bitcoin is basically pretty well not involved in DeFI at present. There are a number of companies trying to change that.

Moneygram were tied in with Ripple for cross border transactions but they has a huge law suit with the SEC so moneygram terminated that agreement. The other issue with Ripple was that they used their own token for liquidity - which is a crypto not a stable coin and therefore too volatile. So the tie up with Stellar makes sense (i think) as they need to be involved in the DeFi opportunities.

Having said all that none of the current fiat to Crypto solutions are efficient, which is why Stellar got Satoshipay to develop Pendulum in the first place

Its highly probable that Pendulum could be involved in this development. Stellar stated

VM stands for Virtual Machine (more crypto speak) basically it is the software platform that decentralized applications (DApps) can go on. Pendulum would be classed as a VM

Anyway getting back to why Hospify failed. Clearly from the initial requirement for hospitals to change from old fashioned Bleepers and WhatsApp, Pando, Hospify and Alertive did quite well but then the Pandemic hit, Govt focus moved elsewhere, and Hospitals were allowed just to carry on as usual. This (I think) has all been to the advantage of FDBK because it has allowed Feedback to fully develop Bleepa with the only accredited imaging capability, Carelocker to integrate records and Bleepa Box to allow truly mobile communication. None of the other two Messaging apps have anything like this capability – they are just messaging Apps

NHS requirements post Covid are not just secure messaging, everything is now looking to be digitally kinked. The pandemic has brought to a head how far behind the system is digitally and with the community Diagnostic centres the need for full mobile communication is obvious.

With the demise of Hospify it got me looking at want competitors there are out there and from what I can find these are

What is clear is that they were all ahead of Bleepa who didn’t realy launch until very late 2019/early 2020. Pando, Hospify and Alertive all launched 2018, whilst Siilo has been going since 2016.

Siilo main marketplace is in Europe who claim to have a quarter of a million users but whilst they have the HNS logo on the website I can find only one actual reference to an NHS hospital – St Georges University Hospital. Hospify has now dissolved as of 31st Jan so that just leaves Alertive and Pando.

looking at tenders on Bidstats there was a Framework agreement for Clinical communications Tools for NHS organisations awarded Oct 2020 and estimated to run til Oct 2023 for a value of £3m ( I remember Tom speaking about this as it was just too small) in which Feedback are listed along with Hospify and 28 other suppliers but no Pando or Alertive.
