Seems David can’t win in your eyes… JL news was a disappointment to the market, but what should he do, not announce it ? Of course he can’t withhold such information. Is it directly his fault that JL can’t come up with the funds at this time ? No, no it’s not. Will JL pay up what was agreed in the future ? Probably and whilst he will put the same amount of money in, he will almost certainly end up with less shares for his trouble. Less dilution for existing holders.

Invariably if you used a broker like shard or Optiva for example they often have access to buy cheaper… the draw back to that is that you will be paying a 1% fee plus a admin charge… … you r online broker charges a flat fee of around a fiver..

They will often get the very best available for their clients when selling and buying.. Sometimes if it’s NT to sell or buy online then the broker can be worth his weight in gold. A lot of people don’t use them because of the fees they charge. But you can see here a buy at 2.1 has been achieved…worth paying the fees

I suppose the Broker note will give that indication, something perhaps a lot of the market maybe waiting for before they add further or jump in.
I’m of the mind that the Mcap no way near reflects the value of the company right now and agree that £20m Mcap is more in line but perhaps still low.
The SP you see today is a gift imo… but those that are waiting for the broker note will indeed be paying more for their shares.

They have a two year life span… so I would say maybe not for 12/18 months… and I’d imagine the Holders will want to keep the shares anyway. The money of which goes to the company … reducing any need to raise further funds
