Not a great set of results really.. whilst the JV is good still, my concern is the cash burn here..no doubt eaten up by overpaid directors in the main…they’ve delivered very little over the last year, yet they are still being paid over inflated salaries…I’m all for directors etc for being paid well when shareholders also do well..but we are in a period of stagnation.. cut your cloth accordingly

I jumped in yesterday… like what I see here..the raise at a slight premium with the 3 largest shareholders in July tells me this is going places..they will have had inside view here.

Plus there are warrants to exercise here at double the current SP which won’t be done til 1p plus..which will further enhance the balance sheet…

Yep 6p, so again it seems like where it needs to get to for many

Plus loads of people are heavily underwater here.. this would be the time to probably average down..

I’m thinking, results, yellow and BTC has to see this back above 6p

Other AIM shares I’ve had that have got their much anticipated American listing have not seen their SP miraculously increase overnight because of the listing. The yanks will need some promo work to make them aware of little old PR1 for a start, but new contracts and business we get over time will help both here and over the pond…

Lots of selling.. but I think we still dealing with Prim shares which must have off loaded to a MM ..they will clear eventually..then the rerate will gain speed..Don’t moan about it just buy the gift

Not that it’s affected me because I don’t leverage plays.. but imagine there will be a fair few people that will have had their accounts affected by this “foul “ play by Prim.. Even those that may have sold unnecessarily . Surely they need to be held accountable for their actions. Why should the average Joe on the street suffer

BOD must enforce the breach made by Prim … if they are simply let off with a slapped wrist, what’s the point in these agreements in the first place… it will just open doors for others to follow suit as and when they want to.

What if you actually bought shares based on the fact they could sell until Dec 2025..

Selling that amount of shares has caused the SP to be where it is, unnecessary pressure on the SP..
