This placing was awful..really bad imo. I know the markets are not that easy for raising atm but the terms of the placing do nothing for existing shareholders.

In my mind a hefty discount on the share price for the placing is one thing, but then to reward such placees with a juicy warrant at 75p on top was a step too far.

The admission of such shares are not likely to be until mid Feb either, could easily be end of Feb tbf.

Traders selling out this morning on the bell, probably those that were buying yesterday.. Cash position here is good. We are hiring atm.. all for good reason.News expected on many fronts. I’m holding firm. The SP is currently at giveaway levels… once other expected news comes, it could be like buses..

So drill results are eagerly awaited… I’m sure Darren has a inkling as to what may be coming.. but this doesn’t bode well does it, what a shocking price to raise at plus the warrants…. Jeeze.. how to blame the market..Darren hasn’t dug deep into his own pockets this time, probably not paid enough.

That’s a serious amount of money raised and a serious amount of extra shares to contend with. How can anyone raise such a huge amount of money with a track record of producing ZILCH over the last 4 years.. absolutely incredible just goes to show a fool and his money are easily parted
