Bearing in mind the last placing was at 18p, do you really think an institution is not going to do extensive DD before paying £1.20? I think this is being overlooked and the II’s will have received information and assurances that all is on track. They have to be confident to pay more than 6 times the last placing price.
Anyone who listened to PMQ’s will realise that current testing is a farce with results not being returned for well over 24/48 hours. The need for our test have never been more apparent.
It will happen and we have heard nothing to the contrary; however, we have seen a rise in posters who are attempting to talk the share price down. One can only draw the conclusion that they may well have an agenda.
We have two types of tests being finalised. I very much doubt that both will prove impossible to deliver, in fact I think both will. Therefore, the current drop in the sp is, in my opinion, completely unwarranted. There has been no negative news.
Daft really as people were piling in above £2 earlier but now people baling when nothing has changed. Cytiva are no doubt still producing the test strip. It will still be world leading once approved and many countries will want it to move forward.
Those who bought above £1.35 may feel they have been spiked at the moment. However, within a week or so we will hear about our strip being produced and the sp will, in my view, go to above £1.40/£1.50 so if it was me I would hold. No advice intended.
We have a good idea of timescales. We know It will take up to a couple of weeks to produce a working strip test. We are already into that period and I would expect it to be quicker. So in truth not long to wait in my view. With that in mind today’s small drop in the sp presents a decent buying point.
There will be plenty of room for other tests. No one company will have a monopoly so competition is not a direct threat. You only have to reflect on the size of the potential market to see there is a lot of tests needed across the globe. Moreover, they will be needed for many months yet.
