I had two small buys via HL (converting SIPP & ISA monthly top ups) first thing this morning that are not showing

If that is the case snowman, and I can see why, then surely JW may have been inadvertently misleading in his statements at the shareholders meeting around being really close to offtake agreement (which he was not - if this is not the Term sheet) and once that is in place the funding will follow shortly after. The term sheet is for 12 months and renewable every 6 months thereafter. I guess implies that the GSA and Funding are tightly linked and its all with Vitol ?

If FID by end of year (which assumes new chairman, Equity Funding, Marine License) then multiples of current SP, IMO. But agree with concern over Marine Licence as construction can’t start without it, however I’m not sure Equity Funding or New Chairman was dependent on it?

I think the problem is there is absolutely no point in JW issuing another interim project update which doesn't have anything concrete as this has proven just to send the SP further downwards. So wouldn't call this putting head in the sand, he is just working hard to get Marine Licence in place and complete the contract on equity funding with FID at end of the year being the Major milestone. As a LTH it certainly is not fun to see the slide and not sure why I keep looking, but JW is managing the project and not the SP.

Agree Snowman getting off AIM and the blatant manipulation will be good news for all. SP dropping after news most LTHs have been waiting for makes no sense

Thing is they are managing the projects not the share price or mm manipulation

am sure covered in an earlier post, but haven't INFA been asked to look into this by the people they are about to go into long term partnership with ? It was clearly stated as part of the strategy on 9th May and then when they actually do what they said they were going to do its a big surprise .. oh well

Project Update 9th May - "InfraStrata continues advancing its studies for future project development opportunities on the potential FSRU (floating storage regasification unit) opportunity and additional caverns, moving from the concept development stage to a feasibility study in the near future. "
One way of looking at this is INFA doing what they said they were going to do.

are they buys or just some movement between accounts - looks like contra entries for both. Some really good posts over weekend helping to explain this rather odd time, good news released and then free fall. So order I assume is going to be Equity Funding, New Chairman, Marine Licence (still not 100% clear on whether this is first or last in terms of dependency), FID = increase in SP that wont be held down by MMs

Damned if you do, damned if you don't. While what we all wanted to hear was Equity funding partner confirmed, EU Grant in the Bank, these things clearly take time. This is a huge investment and complex deal. I can see why if after a short term gain you may be disappointed and wish to take your cash elsewhere or this may rattle confidence, but I think for LTH's this hopefully shouldn't change a thing other than an opportunity to top up.

I notice that in response to the complaints about INFA trying to make it difficult to attend due to limited parking - they are laying on a shuttle bus. Hopefully this will reassure people that there is no cunning plan to limit the numbers.
