I just brought 389,362 shares at 0.30p through my normal H&L, exactly same price as Primary Bid, without the £20 fee !!!

I was literally on the last page of the Primary Bid - when I noticed the SP dropped to within circa 1.5% of the offer discount. Hope it just gets done quickly and we can move on to an RNS with nothing but positive news, which from a timing perspective would be good before the egm on 28th Nov

FYI - I am with Hargreaves Lansdowne and when I tried to register on the signal shares portal I couldn't work out what my share certificate number was in order to register. Called H&L and was informed I can register my vote with them, and did it just now on the phone.

JW has mentioned in previous updates and in meetings that the equity provider view is that Marine Licence is a process .. and should be awarded given everything is being done that needs to be. There was already a draft ML. Possible that funding is in stages and that full ML may be conditional around some of it?, but I remain of the opinion that FID can be completed by year end without the ML being granted. I am willing to put a pint on it.

You can see the angst in some of the comments .. this is great news !! we really want it all to work out and secure jobs, but INFA are bad and we want them to fail

Hi Loosegoose .. JW has consistently and recently reiterated that the equity funding and FID is not dependent on the Marine Licence being granted. My assumption would be if DAERA have final documentation and public consultation period has started this would give sufficient confidence.

I don't have much AIM experience - pretty much INFA and bailing out of one small mining company, so probably a little naïve. However it does strike me that JW is coming in for a lot of stick more based on impact on short term share price rather than the best long term deals for the company, which are going to be hugely rewarding for LTH's (once through the choppy waters !). Would have been great to have sold at 2p and buy back in again now, but all out of crystal balls when I checked in January. I do hope that Shareholders support him at the AGM

FID at end of year will be for 7 Caverns, which is still 12 months earlier than original plan for all 7 (Q4 2020). DAERA have all required paperwork and for them now to just agree public consultation dates (could drag out). Equity funding not dependent on Marine Licence. EU Funding - hard for JW to 100% rely on but can only state what he has clearly been led to believe. H&W has the potential to turn on revenue stream and appears to me to have big advantages to the main Gas Storage project - so seems a sensible approach in terms of risk rather than reckless, plus as mentioned earlier - a lot more senior stakeholders will want to see INFA succeed. We have but a few weeks to really see this play out and I would hope that all can be patient as seems like a daily panic at the moment.
