Stokey, not sure what the point is of listing the dissolved companies of JW

MR verdict is due hopefully during March and/or before 7th April if 1-2 months holds. Would hope finance sorted during Q1 but wouldn't be surprised if drags on a bit longer.

My view having listened to some of day 2 is that it would be slightly more ground breaking to allow the appeal .. so would tilt the balance slightly in our favour. Agree with Chris, it is hard to call, as felt very confident during the morning session but their KC countered fairly well.

Wouldn't he need to RNS before making a funding announcement at a conf ?

Think the aim is to be concluding the finance deal in Q4. Wouldn't bet my house on it but I know that is the current ambition.

A Great day all round. Let's hope that it's not followed by the usual SP slide if no other news in next 2-3 weeks. It does feel that with a H&W bidding on a number of fronts, finance deal, impending JR announcement, subsequent signing of this contract this could be the catalyst. 100% agree. Outstanding job from both DAERA QC's, knocked it out of the park. Fingers crossed the judge saw it how we did.

there are no doubt contracts that they will win but can't immediately announce due to NDAs .. if they are defence contracts

i topped up for first time in a while today 60k shares just to average down a little .. hoping this is the bottom

My understanding is that either way the JR is normally the final decision & permission to appeal to Supreme Court isn't usually granted.

needs to be an investigation of trading patterns & market manipulation.. don't believe this is anything to do with investor confidence

What a week it’s been, with the fantastic award of M55 at £55m, further ships heading to the drydocks and being on the cusp of new shipbuilding contracts.

More significantly however this week and surpassing everything else that’s going on is the progress that we’re making with the long term plans for the Islandmagee gas storable project - onwards and upwards!!

BP we are at 15p but based on 20% the morning of the announcement of a £55m MOD contract .. hardly Childish to be excited/relieved. Suspect i’ve lost a lot more than most and been really ****ed off with the board .. but this is fantastic news and suspect is just the start

we have lift off !! a bit of a way to go before most of us LTHs are making a profit but this is massive and feels like it’s onwards & upwards from here

perhaps it was JW to pay the tax bill ?
