with all due respect Stokey I would say pursue on all fronts. I would suspect that MOD contract(s) are pretty well advanced and that there is enough work to go around.

Suspect not Lisa, but tbh i’m starting to get really p@ssed off with the volume of comments on the board from folk who are not invested in the company and only want it to fail. I have no issues with fellow investors who are airing legitimate concerns, so will take the advice & mute & encourage everyone to do the same. I’m sitting on huge losses and am really disenchanted with JW & the board .. but frankly don’t need someone on the sidelines sticking the knife in and gloating at every opportunity

Plenty of people have quite rightly called out the the board .. including Nobby .. thing is they aren’t invested in the company failing so not actively looking for every opportunity to be negative .. which isn’t brave

the debt facility will be the catalyst to winning contracts if not a prerequisite. I would expect an RNS to follow shortly. You would want to know there was no issue with operating costs before signing a mega ship building deal. Not sure why you don’t think this changes anything .. it’s huge imho

Reflecting on this it feels the single most important milestone, and it wouldn’t have been secured unless there was confidence in the pipeline of contracts. All we need now is the big contract win, followed by putting the judicial review behind us to perhaps see some of us LTHs going back into the black ! fingers crossed

absolutely right oldtramp .. there were a clear set of guidelines / procedures and documented parameters to which HARL needed to demonstrate they will comply to and remain compliant with. They will only be looking at whether the process was carried out based on the documented procedures not arguing the toss about the science

Stokey wasn’t it front page of the Belfast news ? They clearly have funding and it will run its course .. I wouldn’t put too much on a Go Fund me page

tbf not much that can be done at this stage with judicial review .. assume if out of the way BOD will get over the line

let’s dial back the insults in this board. People have the right to protest. I strongly disagree with them and believe and hope the judicial review will fail as I am heavily invested in HARL, but personal insults aren’t needed. Likewise poking fun at investors on this board who have in many cases sunk a lot of their hard earned cash into a company currently underperforming is not going to go down well !! Group hug ?
