Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
I entered at 10p !!! Averaged down to circa 0.8 .. sitting on big loss. Having had time to consider after initial body blow today .. I’m not losing hope .. it’s just going to take a lot longer than anticipated
I would also assume Speedy that they are very much in the loop - so if they've then pumped in so much money and are reasonably long term players, then why not inform the other shareholders who have a lot of their hard earned cash invested, take us on the journey - as otherwise it just seem like he is making it up as he goes along - which I suspect he isn't (but now cant be sure)
Must admit - I am a big supporter and get that he is managing the Project not the SP. However this really did feel like a punch in the gut.. the first reaction. Just feels like there is so much more behind this as on the surface it just feels like walking out of the dragons den without a deal because you don't want to give an extra 10% to Peter Jones, which would have guaranteed success. Who the f** are these equity funders that seem so relaxed about being put on hold, what is the overall strategy now, how do these new institutional investors feel about this ? Perhaps a video interview or shareholder meeting required in Jan
Maybe funding in phases with phase 2 dependent on ML?
Exciting times !!! I’m putting my money on FID being announced in the next few days along with funding update ! Suspect that public consultation starting is the catalyst .. prepared for delay into Q1 but have a feeling in my water
Just adding my big up to Mr T for a great post .. finally .. it really does feel like it’s going to happen .. Allianz at 10% is hugely significant.. onwards and upwards .. hopefully snowman is on the mend and able to see this rocket launched into the stratosphere
is it me, or has there been a very significant amount of buying over the last 24 hours, with minimal impact on the SP.
Dumb question chaps .. these whopping buys or sells .. will they be correctly reflected in the opening SP, or does that get screwed by the same dodgy algorithms ? I would assume the former
Would you say INFA as a company is in a better situation now than when JW took over ?
Would tend to agree Droderick. Given currently only JW and Arun, I would imagine sorting out the Primary Bid etc... plus landing H&W has probably had an impact purely based on hours in the day. Despite being fairly optimistic of the promised year end FID I am girding my loins for the next RNS suggesting the remaining Q4 milestones are now all Q1 2020, not ideal but still feels like its all for right reasons. I suspect DAERA would get hammered now if they started the Public Consultation in just before the Xmas period.
Sending positive thoughts your way Snowman. Take care of yourself my friend
Am sure heading in right direction .. but gotta think all the activity recently may just push any RNS on Nov milestones out. Hope not, but a lot of balls in the air for JW and Arun. I am preparing to remain patient and hopeful of stockings being filled for Xmas
BP, Spud is a LTH who suspect was at egm .. major contributor to this board
I also heard theory elsewhere (from well known and respected contributor) could be forward selling by Riverfort .. I did have to google it
Are these two big sells actually buys, otherwise I just can’t see the logic ?
Thanks Nobby, made my Friday
Hey Loose, I think you’ve had a premonition!! Assume would need to be before meeting if they intend to share at egm ?
Si - this this is the message from HL:
Infrastrata Plc wants to raise approximately £1 million (before expenses) to help fund the purchase of the principal assets of Harland & Wolff. To help this, the company is giving existing shareholders the chance to buy more shares.
As you hold xxxx Infrastrata Plc shares in your HL SIPP, you can purchase new shares for 0.3p each. You can choose now if you’d like to buy extra shares.
The easiest way to do this is online, and the deadline to give an instruction is noon on Monday 2 December 2019.
This Open Offer is subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting to be held on 29 November 2019. If you wish to vote please send us your instruction before noon on Tuesday 26 November 2019.
You have two options
1. Do nothing
You don’t have to take part in this Offer. If you don’t, your holding won’t change.
2. Buy new shares
You can buy new shares in any of your HL accounts at a price of 0.3p per share.
• The new shares cost 0.3p each. You may apply for as many shares as you like, but you may not receive all the shares you apply for. The shares are currently 0.31p to buy in the market so it’s worth checking the price first.
• You can purchase your new shares in any of your HL accounts - we'll assume you're applying for shares in the account you currently hold the shares unless you tell us otherwise.
How to take part in the Offer
Make sure the cash you need to buy shares is in your capital (not income) account by noon on Monday 2 December 2019 and remains there until we debit the cash, expected to be on 3 December 2019. If there’s not enough cash we’ll only apply for as many shares as your capital balance allows.
Select your SIPP. Choose the dark blue Corporate Actions Icon alongside your Infrastrata Plc shares and follow the steps. If you want to apply for shares in a different HL account to the one you currently hold your shares in, please tell us this in the further details box.
Your new shares are expected to be credited to your portfolio on, or around 11 December 2019.
As your shares are held with Hargreaves Lansdown scaling back of elections may not be on the same terms as those announced by the company.
We will debit the full cost of your election, so if scaling back occurs the cash difference will be refunded to your account on receipt. There’s no definite date for this but it’s usually within a week of the shares being issued. We’ve based this information on our understanding of the prospectus: https://www.infrastrataplc.com/investors/documents-circulars/ issued by Infrastrata Plc.
seems I now have a message from Hargreaves Lansdowne in my inbox with the offer
It was in RNS on 20th November. SP isn't much different to the offer, but if you buy through Primary Bid it will go straight to Infa, is what I understand
