Ashton – I would genuinely like to express my appreciation to you for bringing the matter of defamation to our attention. It has been a wake up call for me as it is something I had certainly not contemplated when making posts to a chat room. I would like to take this opportunity to un-reservedly apologise for any hurt, harm or ill-feeling any of my posts may have caused. Any of my posts referring to any individuals were intended to be nothing more than an inconsequential expression of opinion and not fact.

Ashton, I am indebted to you. Henceforth, if I do continue to post, I intend to curb my naturally abrasive manner and to ensure that my posts are more considerate and circumspect.

Poiu - I note that you DO NOT dispute a single FACT that I, and others, have posted. If you were to disprove anything that has been said your post might have some credibility - until such time as you do / can I would suggest it is maybe not the bear posts that are garbage.

Are you suggesting 'more interesting dynamics' are to appear shortly? I'm not aware of any interesting dynamics having appeared as yet - what interesting dynamics are you referring to?

Investing genius - well, you do seem to like a good ramp. Regarding one of your other many current ramps (GCM) between 30/4 and 1/5 you wrote at least 8 ramps (below) - unfortunately the share price for GCM at close today is lower than it was on the 30/4. Oops. Your ramps do follow a very similar pattern no matter which share you are writing about, -

Much as I love Red's comedy - Sarah 'professional and impressive interview', he'x having a giraffe. Anyway, as he's apparently filtered me perhaps someone else can post to advise him it seems that he's lost 2.223m Jay shares.

On 19/3 told us he had 7m

On 29/4 told us bought an extra 2.223m

So that's 9.223m

But yesterday told us back to 7m. Has he mislaid 2.223m shares or did the recent buy not occur - should contact his broker soon ;-)

CC - sorry you feel that way but you should do what you feel is right, that's what I do. Please keep posting as I like both bull & bear, as I've said before. Maybe just filter posts you don't like. Strange though that 9 posts from Ashton in a day not only acceptable but receives recommendations and is without complaint. Perhaps just a bit of bias in evidence?

So you think it's not been possible for anyone to spot when the sudden onset of PR bs gets in full flow and to recognise that that will coincide with a spike prior to a fund raise? After which the sp will drop again. I think that moment is upon us now but investors have become wise to Jay's bs and so far it hasn't worked. They've rolled out a new BOD, they've rolled out a change of strategy, they've rolled out a bs excuse for no drilling in 2024, they've rolled out John Meyer and now they've rolled out ES - nothing seem to have gone down well as yet. What will push the sp higher do you think?

I'm looking for some real news and not just the bs they keep serving up - the lucrative sale of an asset or the partnering of a major - that'll be the time I'd chose to buy. Until then what has Jay to offer? Would you be buying now?

MetalOne. More bad news for Jay – this time from Metal One. Jay's share of that float was supposed to be worth £3.125m but that has now fallen by around 73% to c. £845k. News today that the second payment from Gunsynd is due but that 'Discussions regarding various options in relation to the Farm-in agreement are ongoing.......' Is that telling us Gunsynd are trying to re-negotiate the terms? Why wouldn't they, they committed to buy around 25% of the voting rights of Finn Aust for £1m. But that £1m will go a lot further now and either buy more shares; perhaps they are asking for more shares or asking to pay less money? Either way – unless I'm mistaken (which is possible) it doesn't look ideal for MetalOne.

EnuffRMbs - brilliant idea. Though I think we'll have to change the format a little, it'll just take too long to record otherwise - if you ask the questions in a manner anywhere near as slimy and as sycophantically as Sarah I'll have to recover from throwing up each time you ask me a question :-)

Perhaps I do actually have an altruistic streak in me and just didn't realise it. I like to see both bull & bear and post what I see.

I note that both you and Techguru are the only posters to actually express an opinion of Strong Buy when you've posted, every other poster (in the last few hundred) doesn't express an opinion, strange that. Your new found enthusiasm doesn't alter the fact that this is a s#t company run by a s##t BODs. Seems to me that you are also an opportunistic traders and are here to do nothing more than to ramp the share.

Techguru91 - welcome. Glad you liked Sarah's prescripted show. FYI I'm definitely not a lth and have actually been fortunate to make money by trading this farce several times.

Thanks Catbert. I suppose (once again) only time will tell. My immediate concern was that Jay had found loads of hydrocarbons sitting on top of the nickel and had thought - b####r, we can't get to the nickel let's try and get (or at least make it look like we can get) the oil / gas instead - I know, let's say we have a new strategy and morph into being an oil & gas explorer. I do hope that isn't the case as that could stuff Jay overnight; loads of nickel but just can't get to it. Much better for all concerned if Jay lives to fight another day.

If there did prove to be a cap of hydrocarbons I suppose it might be possible to mine from a distant location and therefore under the cap - but of course massively more expensive.

As you say, strange how they now hype up the extension to their area as a sudden find of copper. The area has been studied extensively previously (and everyone has seen the data) but of course the receding ice and Jay's superior know how on the ground (LOL) has indicated the jackpot - yeah, right Rod; pull the other one.

Catbert - interesting post, thanks. I wonder if you could answer a query. Redknight1 seems to believe that there may have already been a blow out following drilling operations, suggesting that hydrocarbons overlay at least one of the target areas. You have highlighted that there may be quite some store of hydrocarbons over Jay's patch. Jay has specified they have seven target areas they wish to drill, as that is where they see the nickel, copper etc as being. If those areas of mineralization have hydrocarbons above them will the presence of those hydrocarbons actually make the minerals beneath inaccessible?

Kat, agree, hibernation and stagnation. The more I ponder it the more I can't see the recent news as being anything other than quite bad news, just dressed up to look like good news.

1. NO drilling until at least 2025 and then likely to be considerably less than the 15 initially agreed – how long before results from that will be known? 2026 sometime probably.

2. Jay now not only needs money to survive until drilling commences but it will need to fund the EM cop-out alternative in the meantime and meet its other ongoing company obligations.

3. Going forward Jay now has to match any money Kobold spends to fund its share of any drilling or other exploratory workings. If the value is to be proved up then that will be expensive – if they make cutbacks to the planned operations because they haven't (or can't get) the money then that leaves big question marks over the value of their assets. If 15 holes were needed then 15 must surely be drilled – why else state that number initially.

4. Kobold are more than happy to relinquish 2% - any shrewd company would be. They are in the driving seat now, in fact, they always have been. They've immediately saved a lot of money and can stall any future work for as long as they so please. They've been side tracked already by better prospects elsewhere and delayed work with Jay - what's to say they don't repeat that and stall beyond 2025? Stall for years? Absolutely nothing as far as I can see.

5. They need to sell something of value – but any money received will have already been allocated to required expenses and their salaries.

6. Kobold will not aid Jay in the exploration of hydrocarbons – where is Jay proposing to source the funds to pay for that extra activity? Where will they explore for hydrocarbons? Greenland is shunning oil & gas. So that leaves only White Flame Energy's licences – well they run out in 2027 so Jay had better find a lot of money pretty quickly to float that scheme. As written previously quite a few big, experienced and well financed O&G companies have already spent an awful lot of time and money in Greenland over the last few decades – with no success. Yet the Jay BOD reckon their little, under staffed, under funded and inexperienced outfit can profit from hydrocarbons. That strikes me as being a load of bs as usual.

The only silver lining I can see if that Jay have another 12 months or so in which to beg, steal or borrow some capital. As always, looking for some good news to profit from but the last rns sure wasn't it.

I'm getting some mixed messages from this and interpret this as

1.' Following an intensive period of analysis and interpretation' - but the data was in around 18 months ago. 18 months , that hardly counts as intensive - unless of course the data was sat on for months (because Kobold have bigger fish to fry) and only looked at relatively recently.

2. Wasn't the similarity to Norolisk already known before Kobold came on board? Why infer that Kobolds AI involvement has led to that discovery / information? Same old bs - tarting up old facts as if they're new an exciting.

3. For 'To de-risk drilling' read; we plan to vastly reduce the planned drilling; Kobold has now returned us 2% of something which is at present of little known value. However, going forward we now need to match Kobolds spend pound for pound to establish what value might be there. We can't afford to do that so we might have to do a lot less drilling. Oh, and we'll still need a fund raise to pay for the reduced level of drilling.

4 For 'prior to the December 2023 board re-structuring' read - even before we sacked virtually all of our expert staff and re-appointed the 3 amigos Kobold had told Jay that it wouldn't be drilling in 2024, so there was obviously no need to be getting any drilling equipment on site during 2024. We've known that was the case for ages, certainly prior to December 2023, but thought we'd keep it quiet for as long as we could.

5. 'All Nikkeli licenses remain in good standing in 2024 without the need for additional expenditure, showcasing the project's stability and long-term viability' - read as; as we are not doing a thing to progress matters (or to actually demonstrate it's long term viability we will not be incurring any expenses. Not exactly rocket science that but as ever we'll put a positive spin on it and make it look appealing.

6. Eric says - sorry but I've got absolutely nothing new to tell you, you already knew these details but I'll gloss them up in our usual bs fashion to make it look like great news.

7. Kurt says - we're not wasting any more money on this project anytime soon. We are more than happy to give Jay back 2% of this, that way we immediately save ourselves $11.6m and going forward we only have to match any small amount that Jay might scrap together. In the meantime we'll stall for time - it really isn't a priority for us.

BHP takeover - how is that going to play out for Jay. Difficult to assess of course and only time will reveal all. If there was actually any ongoing discussions between Jay & AA they would now be put on hold. Can Jay survive until such time as any discussions do actually take place is another matter. They have lost their biggest institutional holder (who was so keen to sell out they dumped stock at 0.24p) and I'm not aware of any of the various gov.t departments or state funds increasing their holdings - despite the existing bargain basement share price. I just cannot see BHP / AA being interested in doing business with Jay (they will be aware of all of dubious facts that we do) unless Jay's patch can be shown to be a far superior asset than the patch that AA already possesses. Will Kobold / EnergyBreakthrough now proceed with any drilling or interaction with Jay now that they are to exploit hydrocarbons - I don't think they will.

CC – you say job done for me, yet I have never claimed to wish Ashton to stop posting. In fact only 2 days ago I said 'you should carry on promoting Jay'. I like to see both the bull & bear opinion in equal measure. However I can fully understand why Ashton may have decided to cease posting about Jay. Despite the many red flags waved by Jay (and it's various BODs) over the years he has steadfastly maintained that Jay would be a winner. He has been unfortunate enough to ignore all of those warning signs and chose instead to believe the repeated bs issued by RM and his cronies. Don't lose sight of the fact that pretty much the same bs was also being issued by all those other companies that RM was involved with and where LTHs also lost their money. It is all unravelling now and, as the last few days have shown, Ashton can not or will not offer either an opinion or an answer to counter all of the FACTS presented. The nag called Jay is way behind the other runners and there's less than a furlong to go. Leaving the site now would avoid the ignonimity of actually accepting that he has lost money and that his long held believe in RM and Jay was misplaced.

I wish him well in his future investment choices.

EnuffRMbs - well he had to go in the end didn't he. He hung on for as long as he could by thwarting several attempts by one of the largest shareholders to oust him from the BOD. Unprofessional and underhand tactics being exhibited. True to form RM was thinking of himself (and Goodfellow) as they would both apparently receive £100k pa in payment should the rto planned for 2023 go ahead. Needless to say RM wanted to keep the deal alive and wished to renegotiate the deal with worse conditions for the More Acq shareholders. He didn't give a s##t about shareholder value being trashed he apparently wanted to feather his own nest. My, doesn't that sound familiar?

I see Ashton is again quoting the BOD of Jay as recently stating 'our ultimate goal of creating significant shareholder value." Now I seem to recall that has been said on numerous occasions over the last 4 years or more - all the while the share price dropped by c. 99.5%. Shareholder value? The BOD of Jay don't (and never have) give a s##t about shareholder value - they want to suck the company and investors dry before moving onto the next reincarnation of a bs business. See the list of RM's previous companies where the shareholders have been shafted and lost anywhere between 95 - 100% of their investment. In fact, in all of the companies that RM has been involved with I cannot find a single company where shareholder value has been enhanced for LTHs. But of course Ashton knows best and this time the leopard will change his spots. LOL.

EnuffRMbs - I found this piece amusing, it is advising of the news that RM has joined Cliff Metals and saying what a great asset he will be because of his past record. As you can see that record is truly appalling, definitely not something to be telling the world about. Would be better off brushing RM's past history under the mat.

Ashton – you're contradicting yourself; Although I neither need nor seek your acceptance of how I (and others) may choose to invest you have at least agreed that 'there is nothing wrong with that approach'. However, because I, and others, are posting FACTUAL information contrary to your own opinion you refer to us as constantly bashing the company. I have written a fraction of the posts that you have yet I am 'bashing' the company – by inference then you are ramping the company. Both the bull & bear case are of equal importance and investors should heed both in equal measure. You have written constantly and repeatedly expressing a bullishly opinion of Jay on this board for 4 years+ during which time the sp has dropped from a high of around 15p – that's a drop of over 99.5%. A huge drop despite your opinion that Jay is a good investment. I do not need to post info to lower the sp, the crap company and the crap BOD do a brilliant job of that on their own. Where were my posts during the 99.5% drop that you oversaw? I have no 'cunning and devious' plan - as I've already said, I post to aid the establishment of a level playing field, nothing more nothing less.

You are apparently renowned for your nit-picking ability to research other people's posts and to establish any inaccuracies and flaws – the fact that you have yet to contradict any of the FACTS recently posted by what you have called the Altruists speaks volumes. You have no argument against the FACTS but instead choose to deflect the argument by way of childish comments about blood pressure, creating an imaginery group that you have called the Altruists and by simply refusing to answer valid and important questions that are asked of you. By contrast your own posts are nothing more than a regurgitation of Jay's bs with your own embellishments - be that the use of UPPERCASE letters to stress the odd word that enhances your opinion or the repeated use innuendo, implication and hypothetical fanciful suggestion. Everyone is responsible for their own investments but what a tragedy it would be if anyone had followed what they thought was the opinion of an expert and has also lost over 97% in the value of their holding. Perhaps more bear posts may have been beneficial, I think so – you have clearly never wavered from your belief that Jay will eventually come good, all the way down over the last 4 years.
