Instead of merely posting child like insults and unfounded accusations how about you actually post counter arguments to my posts? I'm sure we'd all like to read of your thoughts on the decimation of shareholder value in MET1 and your view on it's likely long term prospects. Or how about you post your projections for 80M? Or how the BoD are again being greedy and issuing themselves yet MORE options. Alas, in the last month your posts on 80M amount to 3 in total

As to your accusation of being a former director - I've already posted regarding that matter, if you actually want to know (instead of merely posting more of your rubbish) then do some reading.

Oh dear, 80M share value it holds in MET1 has now dropped by 92%. Trumpeted as being worth £3,125,000 it is now worth only £250k. At next fund raise for MET1 80M will be diluted further - as I've posted previously, this will end up being near worthless for 80M shareholders.

Be careful what you wish for. I do hope that there is value in Disko, and I believe there is. Now that has pr9bably suprised a lot of you :-) But ivroche's comment sums up the enormous elephant in the room for me -"I just hope Kobold stump up some serious funds for Disko .......". Well, 80M now have to match cent for cent whatever Kobold put on the table - and let's be realistic; they CAN'T match anything like "serious funds". I'd suggest 5 options

1. Kobold walk away

2. Kobold delay drill as 80M cannot match funds but Kobold still interested in Disko's potential and give 80M longer to raise capital

3. Kobold agree to reduced drill (in 2025) to fit within 80M's meagre budget

4. Complete re-write of JV where 80M are passing the begging bowl and 80M shareholders loose a huge chunk of Disko

5. The shrewd business men at / behind Kobold feel very generous and don't play hardball in new negotiations so 80M shareholdersretain a sizeable chunk of Disko.

I think no. 4 is the most realistic. I doubt no.1 (but you never know), no2 is merely kicking the can down the road, no.3 is a possible but is also just kicking the can and, well, no. 5 is pretty unlikely to happen.

What's “fantastic” about today's RNS? Why hasn't the price responded favourably? Why would anyone sell into this news? I'll give you a clue - there's nothing fantastic in the news. They don't know what hydrogen level is there as the equipment used was only capable of reading to a max of 0.1% (1000ppm). Why use equipment that only reads to 0.1%? Is the reading good or bad for near surface level tested? Other hydrogen explorations illustrate how hydrogen levels increase as depth of drill increases - so deeper readings are required, today's are pretty meaningless.

So 80M claim that will now expedite this resource; come on people - everyone knows they've got no money and what little they do have is committed elsewhere or needed / alocated to pay the bills. More hollow assurances and pipedream - is this a pre-cursor to another fund raise? Are there some forward sellers?

I've already posted about the ENORMOUS difficulties facing extraction, treatment, storage and transport of both helium and hydrogen and suggested that it may be uneconomic to exploit white hydrogen and helium in Greenland - particularly while multiple other more feasible, accessible and economically sound resources are yet to be explored / exploited.

Another pretty useless piece of news all round really.

People will already know my view on the helium bubble so no point in repeating it. I see today that Pulsar has listed on AIM, and issued news of the expected fund raise, which let's face it, was the sole reason for them listing in the AIM. In the RNS I can't find a reference to Greenland, oh no, only Topaz is of concern. Strange that don't you think? List in a European country and use ALL of your newly acquired funds to further fund your US exploration. The US market isn't as gullible and hence the need to raise funds overseas - where better than the poorly regulated wild west of the AIM?

I'm encouraged by the article posted today by Ashton regarding Kobold, thanks Ashton. I was of the impression that they were an exploration only company and would move on once they'd made a discovery and sell out any share they owned to a major miner, indeed it would appear that Ashton thought likewise as he stated of Kobold

“When the time is right, I am expecting KoBold to sell off its 51% holding in Nikkeli Greenland A/S to a major miner”.

Today's article makes it now appear that instead they plan to retain any ownership they may hold and to go on to develop any mine they might discover that may have a good chance of becoming economically viable. They are obviously planning to develop the Zambian copper mine.

I think Kobold developing Disko is possibly 80M’s only hope of it getting developed - so let's hope Kobold stay on board. But, as I've said before, 80M DO NOT have a position of strength when it comes to any new JV discussions. But a small percentage of income is better than 100% of nothing. And if Kobold walk away I think it's game over for 80M.

According to TW complaints similar to those recently raised against Jay / 80M by BIDA have been raised in Australia against White Cliff, fancy that. Poor old Rod does seem to have a knack of alienating investors, I wonder why. Makes you think his recent trip to Singapore may not be as fruitful as he had hoped.

I would suggest that receiving all of these complaints really isn't a good look for a company / BoD wanting to attract new investors and funds.

Interesting CC - thanks for posting. I thought the sentence below was particularly noteworthy -

Does that not indicate that Jameson (despite 80M's claims) will be sub-optimal for Hydrogen / Helium? The above statement by Koloma (who have 'studied the location of white hydrogen reservoirs for years and has been focused on where they are most likely to be found.') says as much. So are Koloma (backed by a shed load of knowledgeable / influential parties) not saying that if White Flame's patch is good for hydrocarbons then it follows that it isn't likely to be any good for hydrogen / helium? That concurs with my previous post where I illustrated that Jameson is geologically quite different from the adjacent plot being investigated by Pulsar in their search for hydrogen / helium.

Still, the 80M BoD have interpreted the data in their usual positive manner so they must be correct - hmmm, I know what I think.

Crustypete - just putting out there. Rampers often trumpet buys of less than half that amount as being good news (and get a few recs), inversely does that mean such large sales are bad news? Of course, rampers don't post about the sales - but I do like a balanced board. As no one has confirmed they are not buys I'll assume they were in fact sales. If I didn't think the next fund raise will be a little time off yet I might be concerned there might be some forward selling occuring.

Crikey, I'm seeing some big sells today - although I don't have level 2 so can't confirm if sells or buys? Anyone confirm either way?

Ashton - I feel your pain; you really are spending an extraordinary length of time posting irrelevant claptrap about me. Whilst you have misquoted me in the past I put that down to a simple mistake on your part, I don't recall accusing you of lying - perhaps you just made a simple mistake? It looks like you might just be developing a bit of a paranoia there, be careful with that.

While we discuss 'lying' let's look at what might constitute lies on your behalf

You have repeatedly assured us of dates / targets / RNS's etc etc followed by your oft used cop-out of 'sorry I can't say more'. A number of your assurances have failed to materialise. Were you lying to us in an attempt to garner interest in yourself or in Jay / 80M? Or do you merely abuse the cop-out of claiming not to be able to say more and write 'porkies'?

You claimed to have established 'at least one poster who is an ex-employee of JAY' - that was 6 months ago. I think you were lying when you said that and have asked you on a few occasions to make good your assertion - so once again; if you were not lying then spill the beans.

I could go on and on but then I would appear to be as obsessed as you obviously are - something I'd rather avoid.

I notice that you do not address the numerous 'porkies' told by Jay / 80M BoD members - as usual, how very selective of you. ES told you categorically (or did he?) that acquisitions would be incoming in nature (and you repeated that on this board) yet within a few weeks an outgoing acquisition occured. Within 9 DAYS of stating that no dilution would be occuring a dilutive fund raise was announced. Claims of 'has up to 4 years of working capital' yet then repeatedly conducted dilutive fund raises during that 4 years. Oink. Oink. But of course, you are so biased towards you beloved 80M and it's BoD that you only direct your venom towards anyone disagreeing with your bull - you'll be telling us next that Jay / 80M have always been truthful and honest, including that they care about shareholder value :-)

Ashton - yeah, whatever you say. I'm obviously not quite as vociferous as your good self in pursuing 'porkies' but interesting that you should say

'Pointing out when someone engages in telling porkies is not an obsession but an obligation.'

I must admit to having a similar ethos when the BoD of a listed company issue questionable 'news', 'news' that some might consider to be 'porkies'. These have all got crackling on -

no dilution

incoming aquisitions

has up to 4 years of working capital

RNSs are littered with them. By not following accepted rules and regulations does one also tell a 'porkie', or create a 'porkie'? Director share sales should be notified to the market within 3 days - but someone on the 80M BoD let that requirement slip for well over a year, in fact over 15 months. Oink Oink.

CC - my, how very clever of you, I fell for you crafty ruse :-) Newcomers and old timers alike can check out the details of anything I may post for themselves. Give them some credit, they don't need you to hold their hand.

Come on Tom, you can be straight with us. The link isn't to a "research thread" is it - it's to your own posts on Reddit. You appear to have done the same for several other companies you've bought into - ramp on here and simultaneously ramp over in Reddit. Phraseology and timing are uncannily similar for both posters ;-) Crafty.

Ashton - grow up. Why you continue to concern yourself with my posts is a mystery to me. You say I'm not worth engaging with yet within hours that's exactly what you do. You are convinced of 80M's success yet you obviously haven't filtered my posts and indeed comment on virtually all of them - strange that. I may be wrong in my prediction (and have said as much) but equally so might you be - I'd hate to see you stop posting, this board should be about balance don't you think?

If I am wrong about a fund raise being conducted by year end it won't be long after that before it is required. You have just stated that 80M's interims show that a fund raise won't be needed for 12 months. How do you arrived at 12 months? Do please explain. I calculate far less than that. IvRoche has concurred that 80M will be down to £225k by H2 25. So that's already less than 9 months. So by the end of June 25 80M will be skint. Will they leave a fund raise until the last minute? No they won't so that brings us another month or 2 nearer - less than 7 months. Kobold will require proof of funds before committing to a drill at Disko - when do you think discussions with Kobold will be finalised? 80M recently stated that this is progressing swiftly so maybe concluded by year end or Q1 25? You have repeatedly posted that you expect good news about Disko soon. If 80M haven't proof of funds will Kobold walk away? They do show so little interest in conducting any further work at Disko. Alternatively the JV with Kobold WILL be rewritten with terms that are far less attractive to 80M shareholders - that might avoid an imminent fund raise but at what cost to shareholders? 80M will be begging for Kobold to drill. As you repeatedly remind us (“think nothing but Disko’) - it is supposedly their premier asset. If Kobold walk away then 80M might be well and truly sunk. Kobold will know this.

CC - I'll assume by research Ashton means he listened to whatever he may of been told by the BoD. That's his usual tactic - then repeat the rubbish on this board, but as now, never saying anything further as confirmation with the much used phrase of 'I am sorry I can't add more'. You'd of thought by now he 2ould of learnt to pay some heed to the total lack of funds, multiple project assurances, failures and past erroneous RNSs. But no. I'll just take this opportunity to remind people what Jay BoD said EXACTLY 9 DAYS BEFORE the last fund raise (My use of uppercase) -

"positioning us to potentially unlock substantial value for our shareholders for minimal cost and NO DILUTION".

Still, it will be different this time eh Ashton? :-)

Ashton - you have done nothing but duck my questions re fund raises, poor past record of BoD, unreliable projections etc etc for sometime now. Talk about the kettle calling the pot black. I have no desire to enter into your playground like shenanigans of - I'll answer your question if you answer mine. There's no knowing where that may end up. Had you simply asked the question I would have been inclined to answer you, but alas, you make a childish attempt to elicit my response by making the incorrect assumption that your reply is something worth bargaining over. Like I said, if you've got something worthy of saying then say it. Or would you deprive your loyal fans on here the benefit of your insight (LOL) merely because I refused to play your silly game? I've speculated a fund raise by year end at 0.25p or less. To remind you; I was correct in my call for the last fund raise while at the same time you were incorrectly repeatedly regurgitating rubbish about asset sales, JVs etc etc. I expect you to do the same again on this occasion but am hoping you'll suprise us all and bring something different to the table.

IvRoche has already listed the caveats for you - none of them are likely to happen before 80M needs the money. So when do you think the fund raise will be and at what price?

I'll assume I fall into your description of a detractor - although I consider myself as merely someone who puts out some FACTS for others to do whatever they wish with. Ignore me totally, blacklist me - whatever. Anyway, what's ironic about not posting yesterday? I don't spend all day every day clued to this board but what would you have me write yesterday if I did post? What news was there? What has changed? What new info have you posted to the board other than you've bought some shares? Yippee doo there's some buys and some posters on here have blabbed / bragged / boasted that they've bought some more shares and how this will climb from here. Dream on. Time will tell if that was a good time to buy or not, I think there will be an opportunity to buy in cheaper, but (just like the rampers posting about their new purchase) I might be wrong. Look out for the next fund raise for one. You are rather contradictory - you frequently post in attempt to silence / ridicule anyone with a view contrary to your own yet when I / we don't post you query why we haven't posted. Can't win :-)
