Paraytech - 100%owned by BRH were seeking funds for their bladder cancer detection testing.
Paraytec Ltd has engaged Assay Corporate Finance to raise £4m of equity funding in order to fund the further development, regulatory approval and commercialisation of its innovative urine test for the detection and monitoring of bladder cancer. The last RNS from Bould Opportunities (BOU) pending an RTO:
To that end the Company, together with its various professional advisers, has been working
for some time to complete the acquisition of an identified target (the “Target”) in the
biotechnology sector (the “Proposed Transaction”). The Proposed Transaction , if completed,
would comprise the acquisition of a company with a technology and patent portfolio focussed
on the early detection of a specific cancer. This is an exciting opportunity to provide a new
diagnostic test for cancer that addresses unmet clinical need for early detection. Early
detection is proven to increase five year survival rates. Whilst there can be no guarantee that
the Proposed Transaction will complete, the Directors believe that it will provide an
opportunity to develop an exciting company in the biotechnology sector, providing value for
Bould shareholders. For confidentiality reasons no further information on the Target can be
disclosed at the present time.
Also trials with GLAXO due very soon surely??
Paraytec Limited ("Paraytec") (holding 100%)
The second round of end user trials are underway on Paraytec's Innovate UK funded R&D project ("NEXUS"), which is developing instrumentation for measuring protein aggregation in biopharmaceuticals. Trials are ongoing with GlaxoSmithKline and Medimmune and expected to complete in March 2020.
Is Paraytec Ltd due to float on AIM in it's own right as part of the exit strategy for the Directors of BRH . Is Paraytec the identified company announced by BOU??
It was mentioned here yesterday that something's happening....is this just a co-incidence?
