At least both companies are registered in the UK, so that does give me a little peace of mind, and straight away i see that CAI's confirmation statement is now late.
The set up structure of CAI is as per the VAST company website: VAST 49 shares and TAKOB 51 shares, and the set up structure agreementt of the Tajikistan project is as you say 75% Albulescu and 25% VAST.
That does make sense, and with AP being half Romanian i wonder just how long these two have known each other? Going to have to do some digging on Albulescu ( i think that he will have a big role to play in the future of VAST )
So, can i ask you what your thought's are on the creation of VRP ? WHY comes to mind ? I appreciate VRP ( Vasile and Richard Production ?? :-) just joking but it would be interesting to know what VRP stands for and what its for? I appreciate what you are saying re the sic code's being different but what is the need to create VRP and WHY are the two shareholders Albulescu ( 75 ) and AP ( 18 ) themselves and not VAST and TAKOB ?
