So with Exclusivity rights in Bolivia secured ( once signed ) i would love to know if the subject of Clontarf having further collaboration with NEXT-ChemX worldwide was brought into negotiations if/when the Bolivia Pilot proves a success. appreciate we have to walk before we can run and that Bolivia is the Guinea Pig here, but it is clear someone is thinking more than just Bolivia! I bet the Chinese will have an eye on developments....

It was though the companies intention to sign within 30 days so their is a possibility it will be sooner or indeed later.
If you can see the opportunity that lies ahead then 7 days makes no difference either way!

I think the 30 days IS very relevant and allows a small window between the signing of the HOA and the start of testing.
IMO i would not be at all surprised to see confirmation of the signing this week, in readiness for testing within the next 2 weeks as per the last RNS. I do wholeheartedly agree with you though....
