Basically the company have a sequestation order to collect the ill gotten gains. NO different from say a drugs dealer who hides his stash. Atleast the Court,Government and company know where the diamonds are. They won't and can't be handed over to the first honest looking bloke with a briefcase who knocks on the Banks door!

I think I have identified the JV vehicle which is registered in the UK at present even though the notice did say 'to be formed' upon DD ratifying the HOG.

The expected update is definitely expected to land this coming week. If its positive then the SP will rise well above 20 as the Bolivian path to Lithium is all the more exciting. The current SP is basically double that of where it was before the potential JV was announced, therefore if the next news is negative in anyway by either total DD failure or delay the expect a fall in the SP.
In answer to your question if a delay was 20 days the SP won't be going up...it will be going down. The market does not take kindly to delays!

The buy price touched 16 just before lunchtime yesterday after a strong late morning rally.Therefore unfortunately it could also be a sell as after that time the SP started to retrace slightly.
