Do MM’s really hold shares? My guess was they’ve been accumulating them for the trade for a while, hence the price slightly depressed recently.

I never really understand whether the MM’s hold stock themselves or they just match buyers and sellers.

It’s going to be interesting how the market reacts - hopefully a little pick up on the cards before news

Not at all, and I am sure PC and the team are working on it.

What I meant is … don’t expect us to drop everything else whilst whatever is happening in Nevada is happening.

Of course we are going to continue to drill and explore our other prospects, cos that’s what we do.

We don’t know the detail of what is happening behind the scenes, and I can see how some are frustrated that maybe we should be putting more effort into Nevada and not progressing other prospects, but we don’t know the next step is on our table and that’s not who we are, we gotta keep all things moving where possible. I’m sure we are progressing Nevada appropriately.

I agree more news would be welcome, however, if things go past suggested dates due to no fault at the company, people just slate PC and the company, I kinda understand why they wouldn’t want to put their heads above the parapet just to have all the grief when they miss.

I’m beginning to think either Safetrader is shorting this, or trying to drive the price down to buy more cheaper.

Why on earth would anyone complain so much, for so long and not just sell up and move on? Heaven knows I’ve got some dogs in my portfolio, I’m not on those boards whining constantly, they are in the bottom drawer and will either come good or they won’t. Nothing I do can change them.

I hope PC doesn’t read this BB, can you imagine reading all the un-constructive things people write and actually stay sane?

I agree Poppers, it feels like the holders of the free float are in for the final furlong. Sure we will get a few people selling out chasing profit elsewhere, or sell out when we jump 10% or 20% or somewhere on the way up, but without news that could send it either way, it feels solid at these levels and the main holders are holding. I can't think of a reason why performance would have dropped off in the second half, so let's see.

I personally think it's a long shot to get onto the California ballet this year, hope we do, but more likely 2022, which given we are approaching half way point of 2021, is not as far ahead as people think, things will start bubbling and news flowing even if its on the 2022 ballet soon enough.

I'll be topping up during May or June if it stays at these levels or lower, I'm not a trader, so happy to hold and accumulate when I can. Good news, as I've held for many years they are all in my Share ISA ... Sorry Rishi :-)

Must say I echo REC1 totally, those posts are so helpful happysparrow. As a long term holder I’m a bit under water at present and had put them in the bottom drawer, always hopeful they would come back good, I mean we have a shed load of gas in the ground, we should be able to make that work, even in Africa !

Now wondering if it’s a good time to average down a bit, will do some research and reading up, what are the current thoughts about short term price target?

I know things can get mis-represented, however, lots of sizeable buys going through ... without news it was going to drift due to traders / impatient, wasn't expecting it to drop so much, so quickly, I thought more were in sticky hands these days, still people buying though?

.. if you look at the share trades today (16th) there are some sizable trades being reported later than the transaction time, suggesting maybe the MM's are dropping the price to fill orders. I mentioned this happening the other day as well (late big buys)

Someone mentioned only 147m free float - therefore drastic price movements up and down are maybe needed to loosen the shares from otherwise sticky hands ? If you have held for a while, holding 1m shares was not a big cost (relatively speaking ) so that could be only 147 people holding 1m each. I know that's not the case, however, it is easy to assume there are not that many share holders of the free float.

Without news it's a hold and have faith for me (but might drift), I can easily see this being double with a sniff of news or a rumour. I think some one is loading up quietly.

Reading what I have - my take on it is with New York there is still a lot of detail to sort out - it felt a bit rushed and last minute - maybe no one understands what the legislation exactly permits yet ?

Maybe the same for Maryland but that looked a lot cleaner passage through Government - so maybe its more clearly understood what is possible. Maybe we'll get news about the Maryland licence first?

Nice late trade (buy) shown earlier - 350k shares, £22.5k - otherwise most trades are bit n pieces at the moment.

Probably people buying in on anticipation of the NY Bill, shoot up if it passes, drop back down if it doesn't.

If it drops, it's just not our time yet (but soon will be) and we get to buy more shares in 2021/22 ISA :-)

We have lots of licences and opportunities, as others have said, if the next couple of days are not ours, the next 12 / 18 months certainly will be.

I have to say, I’m with Dubliner, as a long term holder, I’m frustrated, but we are in an exploration company, hit something good and we’ll all do great, miss and that’s the risk. We have CS and like I said before I hope we keep it as that will be the cash cow to fund all the other projects we have, and if one of those comes good, that’ll be the time the company transforms in terms of share price.

I don’t buy the lifestyle company, Patrick has over 6% of the company, if it was a lifestyle company he would be ramping the h3ll out of it, get the share price high on false hopes and sell out due to a ‘trading strategy’ like the idiot did at Sound Energy.

If you want to see frustration, I’m also a long term holder in EUA another mining company, people are super frustrated they are not Gazzillionaires last July, Oct, Dec, Mar .. it’s a pain, we’re in mining, stuff takes a long time, this stuff is for investors, not traders.

I’m very sure Patrick is working towards a higher share price for his and everyone’s else’s benefit, like someone just pointed out, getting licences, permits, etc. in today’s environmentally friendly world is not an easy feat and we have that for CS - no other company would be interested in talking to us until we had those as the risk of not getting them is too great, so things just take time and follow a certain order.

I for one topped up yesterday (though strangely it’s not showing as either a buy or sell?) and will continue to do so. There is not much downside, maybe a placing for cash, and all upside IMO.

In that scenario, the other interested parties would have been told thanks, but no thanks, I appreciate that there would be NDA's and other contracts stopping them from dealing, however, it must be really, really hard for them to be sitting on their hands right now knowing that once the announcement is made the share price will shoot up ...

Didn’t he say by the end of March potentially for 4.5p, I think the June reference was the rising trend channel from last June - sounds like I know what I’m talking about :-)

Charts mean nothing on this share in my opinion … when this blows, it will shoot way past 4.5p … keep topping up at these levels for me

There are many people like me who want the FSP to conclude as soon as practical at a great price. I know it has been said before, however, as tight as our BOD are, I'm really expecting to see a flurry of serious trading activity just before an announcement is made (more than FOMO). When you look at all the parties that are in the process, even including those issuing the final RNS, there are plenty of "leakage" points where news will leak and people will buy in.

I would be surprised (and very happy) if we are totally blind-sided with no indication it's about to happen. That said, bring me £1.25 per golden ticket ASAP please :-)

I read it as “stop bothering us and let us do our jobs” mining is a slow burn game.
