Looks like it was a good day to be busy at work. It has always been a waiting game for the FCA and BOE to catch up with Stablecoin regulations which is why it was stated in July "Discussions with the FCA continue, but regulatory authorisation in the UK for the Company's stablecoins is not seen as an immediate strategic priority or necessity as the Group's other operations develop."

From what I've read today the FCA are progressing with regulations all be it slowly which ties in with the above statement.

No one wants a Friday RNS so 33.3333% chance now !

Hoping for a sneaky little trading update along with the share issue RNS for Semnet. Some figures to justify the IPO valuation will send this rocketing.

Last week of November next week with 2 RNS due and we go into it off the back of a fantastic RNS this week. I bet most of us are actually looking forward to Monday morning !!

I wonder what plans the BOD have for the funds generated from Semnet IPO ? Would the money stay in Semnet or be used across the group....

Either way, they are going to the directors of Semnet and I don't think they will be in any rush to sell knowing whats coming

We have 60 mil in treasury, I wonder if they utilise them ...

The share price will catch up. It may need the interims to indicate with figures as to why they have valued Semnet at $54 mil. Looks like the market isn't very forward looking at present and with the small caps there's a large percentage looking for a quick buck. Most probably end up down when all they have to do is wait. As we grow and market cap increases we will attract more serious longer term investors and eventually the ii's

The day before the RNS stating that Semnet's proposed valuation for listing on NASDAQ will be $54 million the ASK was at 1.30. We now have the bid at 1.35 - Crazy !!!

I'm more than happy to sit back and wait as I've no plans to sell any time soon but the market needs to wake up
