This reads to me that all the money is coming from GS Fintech so not using “GST” cash. Now we don’t know what they paid and we know CAKE had problems a while back but pulled it round onto an even keel in just a few months so it wouldn’t have been sold for peanuts. Point is, it looks like GS20 has been making substantial profits.

Just got home and re read the RNS. This is massive for GST, add in the potential NASDAQ listing for Semnet that hasn’t been priced into the share price yet and this is getting very exciting. Stablecoins in UK are not off the table as the government are working on regulation in 2025. Rabbit is extremely excited
