Him, combined with significant financial backing, will be a force to be reckoned with. Can see things moving pretty quickly now he is onboard - certainly doesn’t seem one to hold back!

Reading the RNS, this guys definitely seems like a fantastic appointment. Huge amount of experience of operating in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry. Also particularly interesting he had such an input to the resolution of Shell’s 15 year dispute in Nigeria.

His knowledge and experience, coupled with HH’s backing, the possibilities are endless

Appointment of CEO

ADM Energy plc, an oil and gas investing company quoted on AIM, is pleased to announce the following changes to the Board of Directors of the Company.

Highlights:
? Osamede Okhomina appointed as Chief Executive Officer and joins the Board of Directors with immediate effect
? Stefan Olivier will remain on the Board
? Further to the above, the Board intends to appoint an additional non-executive director and a recruitment process is in progress

The appointment further strengthens the executive team and Board for the next phase of the Company's development and follows the non-Board appointment of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum as President in June 2019. As stated previously, ADM Energy's strategy is to grow a portfolio of investments in projects that the Board believes can significantly enhance the value of the Company.

Osamede ("Osa") Okhomina, aged 48, has over 20 years of experience in the global oil and gas industry, with a track record of financing projects and growing businesses. He started his career at Terra Energy Services where he managed the introduction of new deep-water technologies, developed in Norway, into the Nigerian market. Osamede was later instrumental in originating, structuring and eventually settling the 15-year legal battle with Shell on behalf of the Wiwa Plaintiffs in the New York District Court. More recently, Osamede was a founding partner and CEO of Energy Equity Resources ("EER"), an Africa-focused oil and gas company and a partner investor of ADM Energy in the OML113 Licence (which includes the Aje field), where he has secured over $300 million of direct foreign investment into the Nigerian oil and gas sector. He is currently Vice Chairman of EER and has successfully diversified the company across upstream and downstream businesses.

Osamede brings considerable expertise and government connections to the Board of ADM Energy. At the age of 29, he was a Senior Adviser to the Nigerian government's telecommunications regulator, the Nigerian Communications Commission ("NCC"). Aside from Nigeria, Osamede has successfully concluded oil and gas transactions in Libya, Mauritania, Equatorial Guinea, and worked all across Africa. In addition, Osamede has written extensively on the challenges facing the Niger Delta in Nigeria and acts as an informal adviser to several Nigerian Ministers, Senators and Senior Technocrats. Osamede has a BA and MA in Philosophy from Cambridge University.

Newly appointed CEO, Osamede Okhomina, commented: "I am very pleased to be joining ADM Energy at an exciting time in the Company's development. Our strategy will be to build on our existing asset base in Nigeria and target other attractive investment opportunities in the oil and gas sector, primarily in West Africa, that we feel will bring significant value to ADM Energy shareholders as we grow the Company."

Just doing a small bit of research online regarding SO's position of selling his shares.. Came across this that states if the transaction is under 5000 euro it doesn't need to be announced. Given it looks like the sales are on different days, and therefor not on the same transaction, do you think this will be relevant? Or given it says aggregate, the combination of sales over the days would break the threshold? All ifs and buts if it's even him right enough

What director deals should be disclosed to the market? When should disclosure take place?

The EU MAR sets out all the requirements, but the core requirements are the PDMR’s Name, Position within company, Volume and Value of shares. Disclosure is only required for transactions in aggregate over EUR 5,000. This does not mean PDMRs are free to deal though during closed periods, it is just that no disclosure is required for dealing below EUR5,000 in aggregate.

The PDMR must disclose to the company within 3 business days of the transaction, and the company must disclose on the same terms. I.e. if the PDMR discloses to the company after 1 business day then the company has a further 2 business days to disclose.

He is right, it's even on the website. 580k shares = 1.25% of the company.

The update for the 10th lifting came in April, after it being a March offload. I can see them updating once the oil has been offloaded from the tanker at it's destination, along with another company update given it'll be the first offload as ADME - perfect opportunity to tie the two together

Unsure if everybody here knows, but our Nigerian crude gets sold at a premium to the Brent price, due to it being of a better blend. Nice link below showing the global prices - although this shows the general prices, these will differentiate if fields produce wildly different blends than the country average

Essentially just waiting to see at which level this blasts off from on good news - obviously every few pence higher makes a huge difference with ~30%+ increases

Would be a godsend if he was to use ADME as a vehicle for these moves, however probably unlikely.

Nice steady stream of buys! Plenty news due in the next month between Uplift, BoD & AGM. Could be at a completely different level after that if it's (which I imagine it will be) positive news
