They have very few assets , the aircraft valued at £553million and thats pretty much it
They still have intangibles at £2billion but that could be written off over night as we have seen yesterday

Its all too late that is the issue is here , there has been years when they could have done this but they couldn't see it the BOD. Now its just too late, they now have to go through motions otherwise nobody will book with them or sign deals wit them, its all about damage limitation now

Look at TUI accounts thats why, the market is tough but TCG are a complete basket case TUI have been managed way better for years

they won't, TUI reported that booking were down 5% from 2018 TC today are reporting their bookings are down 12%
and for years TUI have consistently reported profits way in excess of TC who normally make losses or vry small profits (under HG)

what SP will they buy at ? will TCG be delisted from GB stock market and be subsumed into Fosun ?

There are still intangibles on the balance sheet of £3 billion , how many times have we have heard that they have cleared the decks?? or that some new manager has come in and will turn these things around???
