Yeah it’s very hard for them and more often it doesn’t look good for their own shareholders when doing a hostile takeover. It’s not easy at all and lots of legalities

There is a huge disconnect at BZT without doubt - I can give you an example, Zanaga (ZIOC) I was a part of when the MCAP was around £2.5m! This was on the back of a deal a few years earlier with xstrata for 50% + 1 of the project for $100m!
So the markets DO very rarely have these giant disconnects - and 2 years later the shares in ZIOC have violently revalued to over $100m MCAP earlier this month.

This is primed for a violent revaluation that only a few experience on these markets. BZT will be one of these - with the right team

Prickly you're completely right there..... but I have seen some very weird asset purchases/takeovers in the past at huge premiums! They would have to control enough shares and it can get messy - thats why most just want a simple clean asset purchase and move on.

I believe in the asset, not the team! LR is doing good things at EUZ (have a smallish holding there) but he is distracted and THATS the problem! He is out of his depths with Mankayan - he doesnt know what to do with it.

I think BZT needs a deal maker on board - I dont like CB because he is spread to thin, but has put his money where his mouth is.
Those warrants... yes very wise for them, but why not buy on the open market to show faith in the company?
Us shareholders put the money, LR hasn't and he is leading it.... not good in my books!

I agree the EV revolution is massive and will grow, the demand is there but im not confident in LR's deal making abilities.... he got bossed over Choco, just hope he has the balls to do a good deal!

This is the most significant piece of information we have ever seen at Europa - why? Because, in my opinion this has been triggered by one of 3 reasons;
1.) There is a buyer who wants to take out the asset but wants it de-risked with this application
2.) The economics of the scoping study combined with re-logging are so good they want to get ahead of the game
3.) They have been approached by a potential JV party/parties (Qatari/Chinese) who have shown interest and want this process started ASAP because they see it as a 'real mining project' - LR has mentioned 'real mining project' too many times.... it can't be a coincident.

The timing is so significant and to me speaks volumes for what is going on!
Unbelievably good for me, again this is speculation but seems very realistic.
