I disagree - once you give a CLN, convertible at 10% discount to market price and par value at 20% premium to the price paid you know you have given away control - they can’t go over 30% either so they WILL be selling into the market, that’s a fact!

I’m disappointed more than anything... great asset but terrible team. Seems like all they did is make a video for the mine - urgently need to cut cost base, conserve cash, market it and just sit it out and wait for buyer.

One of the worst deals I have ever seen!
A straight up placing at a 30% discount would have been better!
Instead they are redeemable at a 20% premium, 5% arrangement fee and a big block of warrants.
