Just to clarify - yes of course I have an interest in the underlying asset owned by THC - im merely questioning ownership. Thats all. I am not looking to cause unrest but simple debate and trying to actually make sense of it all.

We don't know if they took a divi as they are private, but they may have - but regardless if they were the legal owners of 51% they wouldn't roll over so easily to sell for peanuts. Why sell stone hard cash for a discount?!

Absolutely not comparing to PREM or URU!! I was merely combatting what 6zeros was saying (about me being negative towards PREM & URU) and so I was merely defending my rationale as to why i hold that opinion. I didn't bring up those names he/she did when they dug into my posting history!

I said if MAFL do in fact own Crestgate then its good - however nobody would sell 51% in a company with nearly a million in cash, and several more million due over the next few years for only £99k! Come on this needs explaining, I haven't heard a comprehensive answer - when something seems too good to be true, it probably is

Yep I do speak the truth sometimes - URU is junk stock (post crazy consolidation) - prem is a turd and yes the crestgate transaction at MAFL needs investigating, you would be a fool to think otherwise.
If it’s all above board and legitimate then of course it’s a great transaction for MAFL but I’m sceptical atm.
