I don't follow the opinions of anyone on here to be quite frank, its now essentially a clean slate with a good team who avoided diluting shareholders (which would have been an easy way out) cash in hand, and an imminent acquisition which we all know the market reacts favourably to.

This is AIM, we will be having a 50% plus spike on the gold acquisition, its inevitable!

Good call with signature - that was my prediction too! Im pretty excited tbh, and I think it was because Bass had a change in strategy which would delay the tranche 2 & tranche 3 payments that lead to this early repayment and removes the need for dilution, which actually proves Brett wants shareholder value here.

This deal avoids the need for dilution and gives us a nice wad of cash to work with. Show me the gold!

FK - You are frankly full of shyte, I have never seen you buy any shares here yet your claims are outlandish. I have personally topped many many times, including 2m today and 1.5m on friday (on ISDX) so you are all talk with nothing to back it up I'm afraid! I put my money where my mouth is, if people sell now I'm happy because I will have an opportunity to buy more, if the price goes up then its a step closer to bridging the gap between MCAP & true value. Well it seems that you just regurgitate information from TW as apposed to doing your own research... which is pathetic! I can honestly say that when Fresho was first announced I thought it was a deal to help a friend, mainly because they are an Aussie based private company. It annoyed me at first, but after spending considerable time doing my own independent research I found out this was not the case, the rapid growth of the company brought it to the attention of many.... and in particular a large Venture Capitalist Company based in Australia who literally wanted to take most of the private fundraising in what was a hard fought contest to buy into a company which had literally expanded massively with impressive figures to back it up. Based on this I'm extremely confident that our share will be bought out just before IPO, and at a massive premium. The ASX is doing phenomenally well, and I know when Fresho lists on the ASX they will be extremely successful. I suggest anyone do their own independent research on Fresho, and don't take my opinion, or any other opinion for that matter!

Looks like it could be the dark horse of the company, I have done some digging and it looks as though the private fundraising was literally fought over!! It is very likely that we will be bought out pre IPO for a huge premium based on news out of Australia with the growth being amazing over the past 6 months. Im very excited :)

Yep my thoughts exactly! With a RTO imminently I feel that it could get very interesting, liquidity is tight and you literally have only been able to buy when others sells so the free float seems to be very minimal.

Nice job, it took me months of accumulating with limit orders to get that many shares, and you got it in 3 trades! Good on you mate, and you have a very very nice average too! I was so so tempted to pick up 500k this morning especially when the price was just below 1.4p , but stuck to 150k to get a nice round 2m figure.

A last nibble for 150k, thats me done for now.
