I have found that in the days/weeks after most of the subscriptions on primary big the SP tends to dip below the placing price.... just a thought.

Yep that sure was, which is why the MM's panicked and the SP went to 0.64 shortly after.

From the twitter crew, but when I see a big lump of cold hard cash invested and completely rocking the MM's like it did today then I know there is something big going on behind the scenes :-)

MM's are evidently very short, they are offering the full ask to sell and you cant buy a single share in the given spread

The results were not as expected, I'm dissapointed in all honesty. Although I know this has the tendancy to be a slow drifter south I'm holding my position until at least the year end.

Indeed you are correct, mexico is evidently a far more secure and mining friendly jurisdiction.... Just look at what Tanzania did recently sending shockwaves through the mining industry, especially for lite tiddlers on AIM, TSX & ASX. I'm happy to be invested here but not happy with my top up which was days before the placing, lol! Such is life

Well what goes around comes around ;-) Those crooks made a takeover for half the shares, they have just stolen GEM for a very low price after that dodgy Faberge deal....... they practically used that shady Faberge deal at a silly price to increase their stake and takeover Gemfields for practically nothing!

Well we have a big cornerstone investor who has bought in at 2.4p evidently looking for a good return. This could be the next SOLG with several giant porphory deposits in q safe jurisdiction, lovely jubbly!
