Apologies you are absolutely right there I forgot to consider the preference shares held which brings the value closer to £16m! There has been a tranche seller of 25k, 50k, 100k and more who I think have to be the same entity.

Yep it looks to be a strategic purchase on good terms, just remember our share of Device Authority is worth just under £11 million based on the pre money $36 million dollar valuation to be used during this funding round. I love this space, especially when investing in a fundamentally undervalued company!

Yep they sure are, in all honesty its just MM's making a market here because they have a lot of stock to offload, I have had quotes as low as 1.1 which in hindsight I should have taken but I was expecting this to drop further, especially with Darwin

Rather interesting tern of events, please mind the pun! Fundraising oversubscribed recently at 6.6p so at present the price is looking mightily cheap if you ask me! Not many posts on this board either so looks like it may be under the radar! I was in here a few years ago and sold at 3p or less after there was a false rumour... looks to be a far healthier play at present though.
