May very well be the case, but for me as a long term investor here who has been here for many years seeing that type of movement is very unusual and the mM's offered me 0.8m for 1m! Could have sold some as I bought 750k this morning but i'm not interested in short term game, I have always been in here for the dividends! Sure some of the short sighted placees may be quick flippers but we have had nearly 8m buys today so thats a fair chunk of the placing shares, if the placees have sold that is

Makes sense now - 22,347,107 sell at 1p! Price has rebounded strongly though and should be primed for the next leg up

We need to hold 1.4 otherwise we could drift slowly down again to 1p :-(

Only recently re-entered, 3p is a very good entry for you though and your timing looks to have been very good

In July 2017, the Group agreed a variation of the covenants on its 3-year secured asset based debt facility with PNC Business Credit ('PNC') to reflect the shift in the weighting of the Group's revenues in 2016 and 2017 which affected the 12-month rolling covenant test. The Company has met all the covenants to date in 2017 but a more recent shift in revenues towards the end of the year and into 2018 may result in a potential breach of the monitoring covenants in the third quarter; however, the Company does expect to still be comfortably within the banking covenants for the full year. The Company and PNC are monitoring the position carefully and remain in close correspondence, but the Directors of the Company understand that PNC remains supportive of r4e.

I can buy up to 500k shares at 3.45p - seems odd to me that the MM's have quite a number of shares on their hands

Yep unless we get consistent news flow then my prediction won't be hit :-( In all honesty i'm pretty disappointed with these results - I was hoping for a lot more washed gravel that would really help morale because i'm always wary when volume dries up as it can result in a slow drift south. Thankfully we have had the tranche buyer in the background taking up the liquidity but I had hoped for more with our team, but lets not forget they have done things very quickly thus far.

Just realised my typo - that should read 32,400 cubic metres

Not bad but I was expecting a lot more gravel to have been processed. With the scoping study suggesting 1,800 cubic metres of gravel being processed per day that would have given us 324,000 cubic metres over the 18 days - we managed just over 9,000. Now I know we are in the ramping up phase and evidently the upper layers have low grade material of minimal economy when washing which is why i'm assuming the majority of material was not washed other then the meander gravel. Onwards and upwards, lets get those warrants exercised ;-0
