A move back to 0.5's would be a good start... a lot of chartists have this as a strong bounce from 0.25

Yep its a shockingly low prices with AGQ valued under cash... when sentiment returns the price no doubt will rise massively!

Yes they are valid as a private company, its no longer listed on the LSE but will be looking to re-list by the end of this year after the RTO of Signature and a change of name to Tectonic gold

Yes indeed, no point giving details out on these boards as there is no real utility! Aussie plays are doing great recently, just look at GGP - makes me feel very very optimistic about the future for Tectonic fingers crossed :-)

To think anymore.... sentiment seems to be gone BUT the cash is still there and covers the current MCAP.......... Jim needs to bring back sentiment quickly as this is slipping and my paper loss is horrible to look at!

In essence he is getting them at 16p and offloading shares from his original holding to certain entities - so he is flipping them if you look at this way. However I would put money down that this CLN will be amended in the short term as he is no longer incentivised to offer this company the cash!

Thats flawed logic, these conversions will stop IMO considering he has left his position - I am certain there will be an amendment to this CLN in the short term.

They were sold to institutional investors at 1.6p

Indeed why did Travia leave? Why did he convert at 16p then sell straight away at under 10p? What incentive does he have to finance this going forward with the CLN? It's all so hazy and mysterious and dodgy....
