Signature shares are issued at 2p so I think the minimum price would be 2p, could be marketed higher though possibly?

We have spoken yes, they have some great guys in Mexico - he is still living in San Jose land and hasn't really moved on from the high point in the company (�200m + MCAP) this could be like GGP a few years ago when i was buying at 0.06 (go through posts on the board there from a few years ago and you will see). Liquidity is still very tight as usual so with some momentum we will be back in the 0.3's then can move forward from there.

I am a large holder here and no money is needed, nor is it being raised. The current SP is laughable and its honestly a matter of time before sentiment returns and the SP reflects this. I understand peoples anger and frustration but in the bid scheme of things we have to remember - the drilling we did was very cheap and quick so this reaction has been unwarranted. In my eyes people are more angry with Jim for hyping the market, but for me im more angry that he hasn't taken a salary sacrifice or deferred his salary.

We have �1 million in cash, yes I agree JW is an ass but this could be the best recovery play on AIM with nothing priced in, I love Lithium and I love Lithium in Brine even more.... all it takes is a good set of results and this could be a cheap entry into a lucrative industry with huge margins. Our in country experience is enviable, but Jim needs to seriously look at himself and take a big pay cut or take his salary in shares!

Till the end regardless of what happens, we have cash going forward and its simply a sentiment play at present - low sentiment so low price, once sentiment returns (like at FRR) then the SP will follow suit.

One bit at present - I was invested heavily, but sold out recently mainly because of this phantom tranche seller who has been trying to get out for months - I don't understand why everything is so hush hush and unusual with TERN but it isn't for me at present. We all thought DA underpinned the value of TERN going forward but its all so hazy.

Indeed, the difference is AST gave investors the opportunity to participate on a level playing field (I took 5m there thankfully) the only positive is you could buy in volume here at 2.25p post placing.

Great here going forward.... but I find it disingenuous doing a fundraising for the select few before this positive news flow - but thats AIM for you
