Member Info for quindell

I was pretty annoyed yesterday, but when i checked the actual trades yesterday they were mostly buys! Total buys yesterday on NEX and LSE was almost 10m on the dot

It was higher then my 1.25p prediction though! The discount wasn't as large as it traditionally is here

It's Quindell actually ;-) They are selling the unpaid invoiced at a discount essentially to get cash flow. How much debt does the company have now? I said I wasn't going to spoil the party but I can if need be.

We hit good grades on one of the licenses it will be huge for the company, Lithium in Brine is far cheaper then hard rock mining so will be a very high margin play. Nothing is priced in at present thats for sure!

It will be a multi million pound contract over the 5 years but its very capital intensive, they are currently getting low interest loans in Spain but they need cash and CEO did say they would raise for a new contract BUT if they have managed to get more cash via loans it could be a good medium/long term play as I have always maintained. I like the company and have met the CEO on several occasions - the main issue is the cash position and the previous cornerstone investor (HH) divesting their holding over the past few months (may have been a portfolio cleanup prior to the merger with Canaccord who knows). Has been on my watch list for a while but i'm not biting until the companies balance sheet has been bolstered.

I am not invested here but have been in the past, CEO is a great guy, but as I said they unfortunately have no cash!

Really does show you that the AIM shyte is prevalent in every company! People know what Beaufort are about, its going to take us a while to get rid of them now and they will no doubt sell into any rise the cockroach scum! I'm honestly fuming right now

Disappointed that they have destroyed the shareholder register with this placing, we had a sustained rise previously because the shareholder register had shifted to those with longer term investment horizons, now Beaufort have been let back in i'm not happy in the bloomin slightest! They make their money on the forward selling and 10% + commission they charge companies, no doubt we will be under 1.1p soon.... I should have sold when I had the chance at close to 2p!

Why go back to Beaufort?! They will only go ahead and flip the shares again and take the price under the placing price!!!
