just look around and found the below quote on the ADVFN

Could someone way smarter than me confirm if this is the case or not? if it was then could the increase we've had been as a result of us reaching / passing such a figure. I'm just curious and wondered what the future impact might be on the SP

I see on twitter that they say the new website is in preparation for the commercial launch next month - I must have missed that being put down in words before or is that actually a new statement ?

Aim, correct people won't buy shares because of the website however it is part of the package being put in place in the last couple of weeks. It shows that there is attention to the the details and that the company is looking to show a good 'shop front' to the world. Hopefully also shows that the PR and marketing team are getting ready to be proactive and ready to do business.

glad to hear chippyjo, holding so far. Seen three larger buys this afternoon which hopefully counter some of the sells. Curious to see if we get any late afternoon buys today but as long as it is up from today's opening then I'll take that

oh definitely not trading, been here awhile though not as long as some. I'm just amazed to see such a large percentage rise in one day which, like I said, seems too good. Slow and steady rise would be better for my blood pressure rather than a large rise and then dropping back.
Maybe Oz will one of the implied things in the next few weeks - fingers crossed :-)

each time I look the SP seems to have crept up a little more - surely it's not going to reach 10p today? I know we have had a good RNS today but that would be too good to be true in one day, or am I being overly optimistic after our previous experiences?

Certainly gives the impression that there is further news in the coming weeks, wonder if anything will be tied in with the Investors day next month? AB also mentions about potential institutional attendees at that day so for those going from this board keep your ears open and you may get a hint of who else is interested.
At least he isn't making wild claims regarding how the share price may go but I do feel that AFC are fully expecting it to go up as news and developments are announced - hopefully to levels that will at least have the LTHs feeling happier with things.
Will be interesting to see what comes out between now and the end of the year, here's hoping it will have us smiling again

do you think that validation would be harder in Japan due to more stringent criteria and requirements? In that case then I can see what you might mean for that

to my mind that is huge statement to be made by De Nora and hopefully will make the industry sit and pay a little more attention to what AFC have to offer

Certainly some sustained pushing at the moment, here's hoping it can be built on rather than dropping back after a couple of days.
Hopefully AFC are now being more active due to upcoming targets being achieved hence the updated website, shareholder day and branding coming up. I'd like to think they have been listening to the shareholders and especially the group here - if so credit to chippyjo and co. for the work that they have put in
