Fair point Chris. But look at Wood group: £3.9b in debt against 3.3b of tangible assets. SP up more than 100% since October.

Sainsburys- 18 billion debt. SP up 65% since October!!

I just don’t get it? Why is the debt seen to be an issue here? Look at IAG, 37 billion of debt against 39 billion of assets, share price has gone up 32% since October. Easy jet 7.9 billion of debt against 10 billion of assets. SP up 82% since october.

We only have 2.7 billion of debt against 4.1 billion of assets.

We may well stay in this price range for a while, but more importantly it’s highly unlikely we’ll drop any further. At this price there is a real possibility of an offer coming in which would boost the SP.
Just got to sit on holdings and wait. Massive upside here with very little downside.

You have to remember this stock has dropped 60% just because of the debt/increased interest rates. £12m extra interest costs was expected (3% increase in rates on a 400m bond) even if there was no growth in operating profit, the £12m would only reduce operating profit by about 10%.

So we’ve had a 60% drop for a maximum 10% loss of profit.

I think it was very prudent to release the TU at the exact same time as this inflation figures came out. It’s a sea of red out there today. Tells me the management is committed to to maintaining and improving the SP.

All those hoping to get it a penny or 2 cheaper will have to pay 7p more now. Haha. I did say, with the upside on this, it’s not worth missing the boat for the sake of a penny or 2.

Still rising steadily. I think this may have been the catalyst we needed to get the ball rolling. It may take a little while for the instituatanal investors to read through it, get authorisation etc and jump in, and then we’ll get back to where this has historically been. Most undervalued stock out there.

Have we all misunderstood this being “the next cineworld”.

CINE is up 61.5% today! On that basis, I think this could be the next Cineworld!!

For the sake of everyone’s sanity, look at it like this. The value of your shares is the NAV per share. That doesn’t change daily. The SP is just a low ball offer to sell those shares fast, you don’t have to take it. It’s irrelevant to me if the SP is £1.15 or £2, its not enough for me to sell regardless. Much like selling a house, you get the low ballers, but you know what it’s worth and hold out for a decent price. It will come.

Sold out. Not at all happy with pumping the market up yesterday knowing full well they were going to drop this today.
