KDNC following their DD came back with a reduced offer, let’s say 2/3rd’s of what has already been discussed and asked Prem to fund the rest given potentially their newly 90% owned RHA. . . Would that work with further dilution? JMT’s

What’s the general consensus should KDNC walk away from the deal? Are there others in the background who would take on a JV with Zulu?

Problem is Charlie people are already losing and for some a great deal at present. I’m sitting at .4 avg and whilst I can afford to lower that significantly I dare not. To many dominos at play here and if one is played wrong then I can only see .15 for many months to come. Do admire your positivity though - fully loaded and hoping for the best - gla

Not necessarily. KDNC could walk away and not provide any reason for them doing so, albeit it wasn’t for them at this time. . . Sorry but this is just not sitting right with me. I raised the possibility of an EOT a few weeks back and was proofed to be correct. As I said HOPE I’M WRONG, but there is defiantly an odour in the room and it’s unpleasent to say the least.

I would have thought the Zulu JV could be announced at anytime, they are not required to wait until the extension date is up. Which suggests to me that this could still go either way. If it were that good a deal, then why would they ask for an extension for further DD?? Sorry but I think someone has possibly orchestrated this to by some extra time. HOPE I’M WRONG!!

...I thing no higher then 0.35.....do you know,how many people have an average over 1.5p???......and if that news came not as good as people expecting....this is really back to 0.15 or even lower. What utter piffle. Don’t you just love the crystal ball brigade. . . Sell up and move my dear fellow.
