Paddy do you not think they have a pretty good idea what their already dealing with at Hav? A buyout of of Hav now based on 10mil oz surely would be to tempting not to accept and with a50/50 farm in agreement on Scally, what’s not to like.
Just some blue sky thoughts you understand.

How bout the buyout of Hav aligned to a sexy farm in deal with Scally and still retaining our other 100% owned projects.
Best of both worlds there. Think that’s called having your cake and eating it.

Ironic these next set of results fall on St P’s day Paddy.
Hav will play out in its own time now we just need MRE. Where we’ll have the upper hand is when drilling commence’s at Scally and once those results are released (with hopefully great grades) then there’ll be no stopping this baby.

Whilst it is quiet :
EPO= Krakatoa---there can be no doubt that Prem will get a signed EPO.
I have however,reservations regarding the deal in so far as the government including a few punitive clauses.
The extended area covered by EPO is enormous , should finance become available up to DFS the results could be interesting
Size is one thing,viability is another.
IMO the publication of the DFS report far exceeds,in importance,the signature on EPO.

J/V agreement good old George has given so many clues about how and with whom he wishes to deal with on a JV.
However this agreement maybe part of the,IMO,TOTAL REORGANISATION OF PREMIER AFRICA.
I am inclined to agree with those who have suggested a RTO.
IMO I think we will be presented with a comprehensive package of total change
If the EPO is Krakatoa then the reorganisation will equate to Vesuvius and Etna combined.
If the new company can secure a reliable revenue stream then I envisage a rapid period of acquisitions along with developments of our existing assets.Would not be surprised to see IRR join the new group.
In a period of 24/36 months Prem will,imo be a VERY different company.

We are still waiting for official confirmation from company as to which direction it is taking.

Morning All.

Great news from last evening and quite an incite into the future delivery of Hav.
Alacrity on GGP’s part is now required to commence initial drilling at Scally which I would hope could start as early as mid March. No programme as yet, however, GH I’m sure is on it.
Similar grades to Hav and. . . Well doesn’t bare thinking about.
Breakfast will be tasting far better this morning that’s for sure.
