I bought some SLE shares today. I'll let you know if that's true or not in July.

Well it appears what has been done is not illegal or against AIM rules (assuming there is any oversight of these rules by the authorities?) - I have no clue about this. It then becomes merely immoral on the part of SLE/Tosca/OF.

I suppose if I make some money from this going forward I may forget about it. If not I may become one of these embittered trolls ... Well this wont't happen as it is a waste of time but I can see how it can happen.

Either way I don't have the time to even consider taking it further and who cares what I say anyway.

Moving away from flippancy, what you say is all well and good but 7 months for us to be informed? Somewhat different from 2-3 days to settle ...

So is the EGM going to be held according to the EGM notice

I'm most concerned about a system that permits someone to say they did something when it has not been done. Clearly no one else is concerned about this - even the so-called trolls haven't really jumped on this one - so I have to assume this is perfectly legal. It does rather put in doubt any RNS statement for any company.

I am and remain a long term holder and in terms of attention I dip in and out but this, after some reflection, has very much disturbed me.

Despite previously trying to dismiss this as not serious, looking back to the RNS in May 2020 it definitively says OF "has purchased" - what do these words mean if he didn't? It's complete b*****ks! If I am in the process of buying a substantial asset, let's say a house, I say "I am buying" and do not say "I have bought", pretty simple. Therefore why believe anything said even in an RNS?

And if it was Tosca that blocked this, as suggested by BS, don't they approve RNSs before release?

Obviously at very early development stage, no idea about scaleability etc but interesting.

One interpretation is that because of the large buy the MMs need some shares, drop the price and people will sell ...

Well the Guardian article does say

I don't know if it is as clear cut as that ie what is the cost per L of fuel produced using each method?

I just looked on the SL website and it says OF holds 9.5 million shares so it's the LSE site that is out of date.

It's the same drug formulated differently to make it easier to give accurate age/size-specific doses and can be mixed with food. But I agree, take up will take time. For me Chronocort very much meets unmet needs as it is able to mimic circadian variations in the natural hormone and this has a much stronger case for rapid uptake given the potential health benefits for CAH patients.

Even more joy today as, probably like many others, my portfolio is entirely blue (except logP which is unchanged attow).

SLE is an interesting share which has caused me sleepless nights at times having originally "invested" for the Polish potential.

Since the pandemic began a lot of speculative AIM money has gone into health and green stocks. In this context it is perhaps unsurprising SLE hasn't had more interest despite all the positives listed by Alaric and others previously. SLE is also not perceived as a potential "multibagger" which is what many punters on AIM are looking (hoping) for. And I guess at the other end of the risk spectrum - i.e., those more conservative investors looking at dividends - SLE is perceived as too high risk because of the Nigerian aspect. So here we are in a little club.

Knee jerk reaction was negative. However, on reflection, can only assume OF has been trying to raise the money against other assets the valuation of which is uncertain in these times. Plausible? Yes.
