Keep posting LordPaul. Site is a little broken. Sodium Ion!
HarryPaget, indeed stake building imo hence the presence of BTC mining expert young Bob and his apparent rising concern at the prospect of 50k BTC. I wonder who he works for, must be well recompensed for the effort. I think we deduced that he is from across the pond before.
Agreed, its all smoke and mirrors, just got to wait whilst they take as much free float as they can.
Britishvolt site and government grants for the Saudi investors next for AMTE imo. With PIF and their deep pockets involved this will be a billion+ business in time. PIF do not buy into any old tosh. Look at what they do.
With effective, long-term investments, PIF endeavors to be a leading investor while sparking an impact felt beyond Saudi borders. PIF maintains a leading and impactful investment strategy in line with Vision 2030, to drive Saudi Arabia’s economic transformation through active, long-term investments and high standards of governance and transparency.

Saudi Arabias Public Investment Fund, the countries main sovereign wealth fund and second largest in the world, is behind Pinnacle and yet the market cap is stuck at £1.6m? Go figure. Always good to see Great Britain moving at the cutting edge of Sodium Ion battery tech and then being brought out for a dime on the dollar eh.
Entry to FTSE main list means a market cap of £30m+ if I recall correctly, currently £1.6m lol.
Just got to hang in there until the games are over imo. Could have been a man and his dog behind Pinnacle and not Saudis PIF, makes no difference on AIM haha.
The Saudis need AMTE to go for the Britishvolt site imo. That, the IP and licensing and public perception are what they need to crack on imo. I expect a new gigafactory site to be built in Saudi Arabia too. They have abundant cheap energy, a major cost of production.
They will go for the Britishvolt site imo. Deep pockets can buy and fund anything they want. Government grants may appear too after COP28 'agreements' with the higher ups, as if by magic. Lots to look forwards to at AMTE. The future is electric!
Agreed HorisM, that is the letter of the law unless shareholders vote to change the Rule 9 waiver as you have continually posted. I think tomorrow will be a more interesting day now that the cat is out of the bag. Market cap is ridiculously low if we are to be owned by the Saudi Arabian PIF wealth fund. AMTE would become a pillar of their future tilt to EV for a million odd quid lol. This is Great Britain. Only its listed on AIM!
