Having re read RNS plus presentations and watched these shenanigans I am holding everything I have for a while. There is more to come fairly soon I think. The full story will unravel.

We are simply in at the start of what could be an interesting journey here imo.

Shame for short term traders who may have lost out due to misunderstanding market mechanics.

Market cap £2.5m too low imo at current SP. Very strange but I do wonder if this is down to fill orders so adding on any weakness.

Time will tell but this has significant value adding potential with 211k oz gold in bag plus what has been disclosed re IOCG targets. Turn around will come soon I am sure. Will remain patient myself. GLA

Decided to double up again myself mercedsman. Potential IOCG deposit x 5 for an mc of £3 million lol.

They will release the actual assay results they have soon imo. We have not seen them yet.

The recent oversubscribed placing was at 2.25 for the insiders. If there is an IOCG deposit then we could be on to a massive ore body, from The RNS:-

The newly named Grace prospect, east of Clarke prospect has returned highly anomalous Molybdenum assays, typically associated with Iron-Oxide-Copper-Gold (IOCG) mineralisation.

Mnrg are down from 6.6 to 4.5 million a month or more ago, theres 2 holding RNS out now. GLA

The RNS is just giving a taste of what is to come imo. A little patience required for full results imo. I can wait and am adding more here. GLA

Aandi, the point Enrico made is the SP doesn't need to be above 3p for warrant exercise, my fault for scan reading the prospectus originally. Actual terms are in my earlier post. Looks like they may have been exercised already in full or in part we don't know. Good news potentially if so imo.

Enrico, you are correct, my bad thanks! Just checked the 5th may 2020 prospectus and found the following:-
The Placing Shares will be issued with warrants attached on the basis of one warrant
for every two Placing Shares, each warrant entitling the holder to subscribe for one
new Ordinary Share at a price of 2 pence at any time in the 24 months following
Admission and provided that if the volume weighted average price of the Ordinary
Shares is equal to or exceeds 3 pence in any period of five trading days the warrants
must be exercised within 20 Business Days of the Company making an
announcement of such target being met.

As long as GH can keep hold of Scallywag and PRE I will be a happy man. Looks like SP is performing like during the 1.5p to 1.8p days to me, time for a change?

The warrants would add £2 million cash to the company, that plus existing cash is enough to get drilling done and take COBR interest in the tenements joint venture to 75%. Warrants are no use potentially re dividends etc in a takeover situation, so holders would likely exercise them to obtain shares in case of any such corporate action, all good imo.

They can only be exercised if SP VWAP holds over 3p for days. So what will happen next hmmm? GLA...

All the trades showing at the same time around mine are buys. Don't be fooled. I have a gut feeling that something bigger than expected could be about to arrive.
