I keep out of it normally as it all seems futile arguing, pointless. But the clock is ticking and funds are slowly depleted in suspension. Some kind of catalyst is needed. An EGM could be that catalyst, perhaps PPP needs a fresh start, who knows. The status quo at PPP has got us nowhere has it.

Uncle, surely it would be best if we could all just get along and try to thrash where the middle ground is, to find a solution that is best for all concerned.

Yes it is a shame that they did not capitalise on the momentum. I would imagine that the investors that they have lined up though are ready to go? Those investors will want to see a good return imo.

Great they have the banking licence now. Investing is never simple though, the company cannot grow without funds, hence today's RNS. Early stage start ups are all about giving with one hand whilst taking with the other.
